I think this is a great idea! There are many times where a client has an expired card on file and we don't know until we go to check them out! or if we go to charge for a late cancellation fee we can't because the card is expired or there isn't one on file!

I think this is a great idea but they should have to fill out the credit card information before it will actually book them! Because if not, lots of people won't add their card info but still have the appointment booked and we won't have any way to charge them a late cancellation fee!

I would agree with this! We use emojis a lot for our tags and one of them we use is for people who have completed or still need to complete a form. We have to individually click on each person and look up if they have a completed form or not! I think it would be nice to have some sort of icon showing if someone needs to complete one still!
