    Oh my gawd, the headache i had to go through to run a csv client report in blvd to then plug into a google sheets I built to show duplicate clients and then go through manually ONE AT A TIME for four different providers went on for literally days.

    When the hell is this coming??? Our wifi was out yesterday and my clients don't store their cards. I'm now spending the day having to hunt down clients to enter cards manually. The lack of this feature alone would have made me go with a different software. It's unbelievable to me that in this day and age, this isn't built in.

    I came here to post this exact thing! Our wifi sometimes goes down and I can't believe I can't invoice a client. This was a free feature with square. Client's don't like to store their card information so I'm forever having to call and get cards to enter manually. This seems like it would be a feature we wouldn't even have to ask for. PLEASE FIX THIS. My list of Boulevard non features that cost me so much time is growing and I'm beginning to see how other software systems would have been a better choice.

    The app is so so bad, it's shocking to me that this is what we get in 2025. I don't know if I would have chosen boulevard had I known. It never even dawned on me to check this before signing up as even the most basic free apps have more modern functionality. I'm blown away that this has not been addressed yet.

    Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.
