Clients rescheduling appointments
It's crazy that the providers do NOT get notified if someone reschedules an appointment! How are they supposed to know? Just watch the schedule all day?

We have staff showing up at the wrong time...all moves that effect staff need to be communicated. REception texts them manually right now...huge pain.
