Appointment Log (Detailed Tracking)
I need for appointment modification tracking and auditing capabilities.
I find it dissapointing that there isnt tracking done on an appointment from start to finish. I need to be able to check for mistakes , See when a change was made , See who made the change. This will make it easy incase someone accidently messes up a book and may need tracking to back track.
I am shocked this is not a thing. How do you excpect managers to manage appointments without a feature like this?

agreed! details on when a client checked in, when forms are completed, (would also be great to have a button "started appointment for when they began their treatment) when the client was marked as confirmed. Any update to the appt for accountability. We should also be able to see if a client confirmed their appointment or if we confirmed the appointment on their behalf. and not in the audit log, not everyone had visiblity

It would be extremely helpful to see EVERY adjustment/edit made to an appointment not just if the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled. I would like to be able to see when an appointment was marked as a request, if the appointment length was adjusted, if it was moved to a different stylist etc. As a manager it is extremely helpful to see all adjustment made.

We need to be able to see the movement history of appointments. Original booking date & who booked it as well as any dates it was rescheduled/moved and who moved or rescheduled the appointment.
