    Having a method to record all cash tips in the dashboard and then report them as part of payroll would save so much trouble.

    Just had a LONG checkout with a guest who was insistent that she was charged when booking the appointment. All I could do was wait patiently until she verified that the money never left her bank account. It is painful, and there is literally nothing I can do except stand and wait for them to see for themselves. Clarity on this for guests would be wonderful!

    Forms filled out for the opposite people in a group booking. And yet again, no method to move the forms between profiles other than printing and scanning. (also, printing is still a bit of a nightmare)

    I am just going to comment here every time I have this problem. Here is another day of printing a form (Have you heard they don't print well?) and scanning it in (do you know how hard it is to read from the pictures you can't easily zoom in the app?).

    Checking in again!? I am still printing forms and moving them between profiles by taking pictures of paper forms. And we continue to have guests fill out the wrong forms (especially for group appointments).

    PLEASE allow this (even if it needs admin permission or similar)

    I would like to re-comment - is anything going to happen with this? Our current work around is to print the form and take pictures of it to add to a chart in the correct profile. due to not being able to zoom pictures you end up with a barely readable picture to use as a form. Or you end up with weird notes pointing you to the correct form.

    I completely understand that people should fill forms out for their own profile. But it doesn't happen, and not having a mechanism to correct this just makes a mess of our records.

    Going back to paper doesn't seem like a bad choice at times.

    Is there any movement on this? We are trying to go fully electronic for our forms, and this is the biggest headache. The easiest workaround is to print the form and upload the pictures to the correct client. It seems like there should be some option within Boulevard to have a privileged user move forms between user profiles. (Even if it is a copy and paste instead of cut and paste)

    I am glad that group booking exists on the website. I agree that it definitely needs work. I just tell people to call in when they need to book a group as it is easier (Even though the dashboard STILL does not have this functionality after 5 years of requesting it). Although issues like this help my front desk realize that AI will never be able to take their job.

    Printing charts is a horrendous mess. It appears that the assumption is they will forever stay electronic, and that is not the case. Having a separate section of the forms builder to make a print layout would be amazing.

    We Use Guided Access for this. It works pretty well, but occasionally forgets how to work and you have to reboot the iPad.
