    This is a legit bug (that I have been apparently been complaining about for 5 years). Is anything going to be done about this? I just missed a text from a customer because the auto reply triggered and hid their message.

    Does Anyone at Boulevard read these posts? I feel like we are all abandoned out here with nobody paying attention to the real needs of the people that pay the bills.

    Having the option for a pop-up type notification would be great. I can get those for my email through my browser, so I know it is a thing that can happen.

    I keep finding that people put cards in, then have them turned off, or use fake numbers. We can almost never charge the card on file when people late cancel or no-show anyway. It is a problem bigger than Boulevard.

    Any type of scheduling for admin staff would be great. I can't figure out why there is email marketing (when mailchimp, flodesk, etc... all exist) but there isn't a simple schedule setup for front desk staff that most of us already have! Scheduling is the thing Boulevard does!

    It happened again! Printing, scanning and all the fun to get a form to another client profile. How can it be this hard to fix?

    Forms filled out for the opposite people in a group booking. And yet again, no method to move the forms between profiles other than printing and scanning. (also, printing is still a bit of a nightmare)

    I am just going to comment here every time I have this problem. Here is another day of printing a form (Have you heard they don't print well?) and scanning it in (do you know how hard it is to read from the pictures you can't easily zoom in the app?).

    Checking in again!? I am still printing forms and moving them between profiles by taking pictures of paper forms. And we continue to have guests fill out the wrong forms (especially for group appointments).

    PLEASE allow this (even if it needs admin permission or similar)

    I would like to re-comment - is anything going to happen with this? Our current work around is to print the form and take pictures of it to add to a chart in the correct profile. due to not being able to zoom pictures you end up with a barely readable picture to use as a form. Or you end up with weird notes pointing you to the correct form.

    I completely understand that people should fill forms out for their own profile. But it doesn't happen, and not having a mechanism to correct this just makes a mess of our records.

    Going back to paper doesn't seem like a bad choice at times.

    Is there any movement on this? We are trying to go fully electronic for our forms, and this is the biggest headache. The easiest workaround is to print the form and upload the pictures to the correct client. It seems like there should be some option within Boulevard to have a privileged user move forms between user profiles. (Even if it is a copy and paste instead of cut and paste)

    I just came here to post this as a "request" I already emailed support with it as a bug report.

    I think it used to take you to the top of the page, which was annoying. Now it does appear to go to the top of page 1 no matter where you were. I need a pad and paper to keep track of where I am in the list.

    I don't think anyone at Boulevard has ever used this software, and it doesn't appear that they are actively reading the feedback in here. Virtually no meaningful updates have happened in the past year, and now I am hearing that they want to integrate AI, like fix what you have before you try to get AI involved in anything.

    I was once part of the "Design Partner Program" where we got to see some of the roadmap and give feedback. The program was ended after 2024, and nothing that I know of has taken it's place.

    I haven't heard from my customer rep in a long time either. It seems that Boulevard is distancing from the users and it is really showing in how many updates don't seem to solve problems that anyone is having. (was anyone asking for the payment methods tab to be renamed "wallet" and have a new layout?)

    I used to be a Boulevard fan and would tell everyone about it. I now feel like I am stuck with them because of a few key features and the cost of switching is so high. Every year I demo a couple other systems just to see if it is worth switching yet. At the rate things are going I am guessing they have about one more year before switching is easier.

    Having the app be so limited and then having the dashboard be borderline non functional on small screens and very hard to use with touch screens is so out of touch with modern device usage. Kind of shocking for a company that wants to be a market leader in 2026.

    I can almost be productive on an iPad on the dashboard, but it is still a painful experience. I have occasionally texted people from the dashboard on my phone, but it is a harrowing experience (texting from the app would be a wonderful option!)

    I always have to tell people not to leave tips for the sauna or the salt room. I just tell them that my software won't let me turn it off. It definitely gets old having to say that.

    There is no option to make a service that doesn't use a provider therefore our sauna is able to receive tips. I always tell people that our software won't let me turn that off. It gets kind of embarrassing to apologize for that every time (4 years of doing this so far.)

    I am constantly apologizing to people that Boulevard forces me to have our Sauna as a provider asking for a tip.

    I would love to have the option to turn off tipping on a per-provider basis. At checkout would be a second option, but then you still have to remember to do it at checkout.

    Being able to select services and/or providers that should not receive gratuity would solve this and be so helpful. It is always somewhat awkward to tell people "Make sure you don't tip the sauna"

    We have a sauna and a salt cave, it is very annoying to tell people not to leave tips for them. Turning that off would be a welcome change

    Even allowing lookup by the recipient name/email would be 100% better than the current method. It is always a little weird to say "Who bought this for you so I can look it up"
