An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedWe add all of our color to inventory and track usage by tearing off the tab of the box and dropping it in a can at the color bar. Once a day our front desk creates a ticket for a client named Backbar and adds all of the color that is used. The color all goes into inventory at $0 price and $0 cost so it doesn't mess up any pricing reports, but the inventory is correct.
I think an easier system to track all of this would be super helpful though!

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedWe often accidentally book them from the calendar and then forget to delete waitlist entry. Sometimes you get the embarrassment of reaching out to them about an appointment after you already booked them for one. A reminder about this would be super helpful!
I am open to almost any tools that would help manage the waitlist (bulk selection/deletion would be amazing!)

An error occurred while saving the comment Ben Stevens commentedIt seems that the API integrations are almost intentionally hobbled to prevent integrating with other marketing suites unless you are on the enterprise plan. It is unfortunate, but we end up not using the Boulevard marketing simply because it won't play nice with our email platform. If it would integrate we would definitely use parts of the Boulevard marketing suite.

We just add the tax to the service for a gift card if they want a service. Otherwise we just charge tax and use the gift card as a payment method.
For us taxes only apply at the time of service/realization of revenue. The gift card sale itself isn't taxable.
