  2. Autosave email/text marketing campaigns while you are working on them, or provide a save button to save any changes while in editing mode. In the case the screen refreshes or logs you out - you won't have to start all over again.

  3. Botox only on Wednesdays or First Friday or ...
    Special Event Services only able to be booked for specific date of said event.
    Without having to set up seperate resources and schedule them accordingly. When you have a ton of resources already for all of your rooms and specific equipment, having to create resources just for a specific and occasionally used services it's clunky and cubersome

  4. When a new service is created we would like a setting on the business level access to disable online booking for all locations rather than having to go through each individual location to turn off. This is time consuming and need the option of setting this overall for the business.

As a spa, we are constantly looking for ways to cut costs or optimize time. there should be a report for appointment cancellations that is customizable by day/time type of apt, and how much money was lost due to the cancellation. this helps us determine what clients cancel the most, and what our reschedule/cancel fee should be. this is not new technology, many other booking sites offer much better reports than this.

  7. Add the ability to set a business cost for a service that is dependent on product usage to be $x per unit rather than a flat rate per service. For example, botox is $12 a unit and the business cost is $6 per unit but right now that $6 can only be set as a flat rate so regardless if it's 1 unit or 20 units the business cost stays a $6. This makes the commission payout now a manual process because you have to account for the business cost.

  9. When we need to refund a client due to issues like switching payment methods, the system should allow us to reopen the original appointment to check it out. Currently, we’re forced to create a second appointment just to process the checkout, which results in duplicate appointments appearing in the client’s chart.

  10. Businesses should have greater flexibility in setting parameters that limit, allow, or disable clients from canceling or modifying appointments online. Increased control over these settings helps reduce last-minute changes and cancellations, protecting daily operations and revenue.

  12. Allowing admin or really any staff to see inside of an appointment if service times have been edited at all. For example, If someone edits the customized service time for a provider to less time.

  16. Can we please get Time Blocks for Resources as we have for Providers?? We need to block a laser off for 3 hours for a scheduled Service Call, but Do Not want to set the entire day as 'Unavailable'. As there are already appoints set for that day and we would like our available hours to be open for booking. Thank you!

  17. Have a set deposit dollar amount instead of a percentage. Having to figure the percentage for every service price is time consuming and never equals the exact $50 we charge.

  19. I have an 8 hour schedule. I want to have custom slots available. For example, 12-2, 3-5, and 7-8pm. Unfortunately, the only work around is by using resources and having one set of time be from open to close 12-8, and the other to be from 12-4 without adding any additional customization.

  20. add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.
