  1. Creating Audiences

    When creating an audience to target the guests of stylists no longer working in my salon, I have to make those stylists active again in Staff Profiles for their names to populate when choosing "Provider was". It is tedious and time consuming to not be able to simply select them from the list like we can for active employees.

  3. allow more than one role/permission group

    We have staff that perform different roles and more than one permission group. For instance - manager and laser tech. Boulevard only allows one permission group or role. So looking to update this!

  4. Time block customization

    I'd love if time blocks allowed me to create different options for the reason. The new time block report would be much more useful if I could have different presets like "sick time", "salon event", or other options that I could filter by vs just personal/business. Part of our KPIs include looking back at time off to understand sales and utilization trends which we are doing with a different software currently, but this option would make things much easier to track!
