Gratuity Toggle
Implement a role based gratuity toggle that allows gratuity to be enabled or disabled depending on the provider’s position. In a medspa setting, certain team members may accept tips while others do not, so the system should support this distinction.

Who do we need to get in contact with to get this changed? This is clearly a critical change needed to be implemented and it sounds like it has been requested numerous times over many years. All of us voting critical should take this a step further and reach out directly to a Boulevard manager/leader. Maybe then, they will prioritize this. It should be an easy fix and my last software program did have the ability to do this. I'd hate to see BLVD lose accounts because they are not adjusting to the needs of clients like medical spas.

Absolutely critical for med spas. Different provider roles have different expectations around gratuity, and the checkout experience should reflect that.
In our setting, some services may appropriately allow tipping while others should not. Having gratuity turned on or off only at the business level creates an awkward and inconsistent client experience.Boulevard should allow gratuity settings to be configured by provider, role, or even service category so businesses can decide exactly when the tip screen should appear.
This seems like another relatively simple customization that would make Boulevard work much better for med spas and other businesses with mixed provider types.

This is critical. It's illegal in NC to accept tips as a medical provider, so if practices like me have aesthetician services & medical services, it's a huge compliance risk for the business. I want my aestheticians to get tips on their services, but not our medical providers.

I can't believe how many times this has been suggested over the past 6 years and it hasn't been implemented.

Right! Such an easy fix, I'm shocked this hasn't be done yet.
