   This is a critical issue! We need to be able to have gratuity options for some employees and not others. It's very important that our patients not be faced with a gratuity screen after seeing a medical provider, but we need it as an option for our estheticians. This needs to be removed from "waitlist"!

   There should be an option to search for duplicate profiles, looking for matching names/phone numbers/email addresses and then allowing for those profiles to be merged. The current process is very frustrating.
