  1. This is no longer true with items that we are taking deposits that charge at confirmed booking. Should say, "Your credit card is only used to hold the appointment unless a deposit is required for the types of services you have selected. Otherwise you are only charged after the service or if your booking is subject to a cancellation policy."

  5. When selling multiple "single float gift cards" and adding a gift card code, every float gift card is added to the top of the order rather than at the bottom. This makes it difficult and somewhat confusing and more time consuming for the operator. We have to scroll up every time to check the box and add another code. It would make more sense for additional items be added at the bottom of the product area, since that is where we are adding each product.

  6. Under staff profile - services. Service categories organized together. Ex hair services together, massage services together, nail services together, waxing services together. Also, while changing staff services and pricing, after I'm done changing one service, it starts at the top of the service list, it would be great to start where I left off, so I'm not constantly scrolls through what I already looked over.

  10. In some cases a question is only required based off the answer of a previous question. Would need that when a client chooses "Yes" the next question is required, but if they select "No" the next question can be skipped.

    This is common with "If yes, please explain" or "If yes, on what date?"

  13. Some suppliers require you to order items by the case pack (in specific multiples). So when adding "low stock" or "all stock" it would be great if the PO knew to update the Order quantity by the required multiple

  17. Would love for vouchers to redeem Green Circle fee as well.

    Maybe we could add 2-3 Green Circle vouchers to each membership. So I could adjust the membership pricing accordingly, and the member would only get one comprehensive monthly charge for the services and Green Circle fees. Then, we'd redeem the service voucher(s) and Green Circle voucher with each visit.

  18. For example, item cost for many of our vendors are at one cost under case quantity, once a case or more is ordered a new lower price is triggered. Because this is valid for nearly all of the products we order through Cosmoprof, Bassett, SalonCentric, and Amazon; this makes all purchase order reporting erroneous.

  20. In the staff performance report we can see hours booked, hours scheduled, service $ and product $ but would love the ability to also see service $/hour and product $/hour (could export to excel to make this work today)
