We have a regular problem of people needing to complete forms when we don't have their phone number (Kids without phones, booked as a group appointment when they don't know everyone's information, etc...) We have been using fake phone numbers (using an unused area code) for this. Boulevard recently started validating phone numbers and won't allow this work around.

    Please create a method to send a form to an iPad without needing to get someone's phone number, or create a way to check someone in on the Duo without a phone number or email address.

  3. We run promotions on memberships and we want to allow the discounted membership price for x amount of months from the date of sign-up. We want the discounted charge to auto-renew for those certain amount of months without having to manually change the price for each client that signs up. The initial discount price is charged at sign up but reverts back to the original price of the membership at the next auto charge. It's difficult to modify the charge price for each client when their charge dates are all on different dates! Please look into creating a discount offer…

  4. Create an internal report that allows services and addons to be seen for mapping. Also, create a similar report for charts and forms to show what services they have been attached too. Currently both processes are done 1 by 1 which is both massively inefficient and time consuming. Not user friendly by any means.

  5. When showing a client the available times, is there a way to optimize this for the stylists? Currently, clients are able to book times that are not backed up to other appointments.

  6. For package sales, there is an "edit" option to assign the sale to the employee who sold the services. Best if we can only edit once (currently you can edit anytime and override the last edit), further changes/editing should require manager's approval. Additional edits only available under manager/owner's account. This change can improve the accuracy of the reports.

  8. It would be great to have to option of turning off staff roles on the online booking site so it is not visible to clients when they book online. We have an internal level system for stylists and it's confusing for clients when we have a range of seven different level stylists with different prices. I would rather have them all just listed as a stylist without it messing up everyone's customized pricing.

  9. When I click the calendar for a specific staff member, and then search for a service, it pops up services that that staff memeber doesn't offer. If you have already selected a calendar, and then picked a staff member (even if its their calendar we select it still makes you pick the staff memeber) but then it shows EVERY service we offer when searching. We constantly run into staff members booking the wrong services with the wrong time and pricing for them if some services have the same or similar names.

  11. When needing to uncheck employees for the day, it would be nice if the menu STOPPED jumping back to the top after every click. Let the window be static until the user closes it.

  13. It would create a more cohesive brand and user experience to be able to customize what forms look like to clients, especially when surfacing in a custom app. Otherwise, an iframe must be used to embed it anywhere outside the standard flow.

  14. When a refund is issued on Boulevard, the system should automatically revoke any applied vouchers and deduct the corresponding points from the user's account. This ensures that the refund process is seamless, and there is no confusion or discrepancy regarding the voucher or points balance.

  16. This would allow for splitting of commissions on products and/or services.

    • Potentially: if we build out the ability to assign multiple sellers in the checkout window we’ll be able to pass that data down to the Compensation App accordingly

As a growing medical spa, the amount of time spent having to export data, then do our own calculations, to figure out commissions is unacceptable for the amount of $$ we are spending for this platform. This will only get worse with more employees. Why is there not an option for the business service charge (or CTC) to be taken out of our "add on" services such as Botox and Fillers? We give a commission percentage to our staff after the Cost to Company is removed from the total cost on top of their hourly (because CTC is extremely high).…

  19. Would love if you could just add one photo block for before and one for after and fit more than one photo on it. Instead of needing multiple photo blocks, it would help documentation look cleaner and I could have all I need in one spot rather than lots of scrolling.

  20. Ability to set up an alert to a specific email address when a new appointment is booked by a certain client. The use case is for location managers to receive an advanced alert when a VIP client books an appointment to prepare their staff and salon.
