  1. Current offers section (gear icon > Offers) can't currently be filtered or easily sorted through after a certain number of offers. It would be helpful to have a report that has all active (and deleted, for historical purposes) offers with all details found on that page, such as code, discount amount, audience and sale item restrictions, etc.

  2. We see patients virtually out of state. Appointments only allow us to book and send reminders in our current time zone, however. This create confusion for the patient in a different time zone. Is there a way to show what time it will be in their time zone when booking and reminding them of their appointment?

  3. Ability to generate a Report showing Birthdays by Month; enables us to see all current clients with January bdays or February...etc. We used this info with our previous software company to send out specials for Birthdays that month.

  5. Currently circular logos are not easily supported - and even when trying to upload a square logo with a white background there is a black shadow/frame on the logo. It would be nice to have more customization options so the logo blends seamlessly.

  6. Implement google tag manager into the booking dashboard.

    I'm looking to run ads on various social media platforms and other channels besides Meta/Google and I can't track the conversion event when a customer successfully completes a booking.

    If we were able to use google tag manager within the booking widget, I can set up tracking for all channels.

Okay so I know that clients can go online and book an appointment under their own profile for their friends, family, etc. and it will show up as the guest's name coming in with "guest of original clients name" underneath it. I would love a way on the businesses side to be able to book a guest under a clients profile without having to make an entirely new profile for each and every guest. In case this doesn't make sense, here is an example - we have many clients who come for services and also have their children come in…

  9. We have to use external platform as a funnel for gathering new clients by offering an incentive for joining our newsletter from our website. Currently BLVD only takes in new clients if they book a treatment/service. Is there a way to gather more marketing funnels.

  10. I would like to see ability for merchant accounts (independent contractors) to be able to automatically pay rent through ACH. Right now I have to create a membership as their direct payment method using their credit card and they are charged a fee and I am charged a fee so I don't receive the full rent amount.

    There should also be a much clearer dashboard for all memberships/subscriptions:
    total count
    total active
    total inactive
    payment overdue
    churn %
    ltv per client
    FORECASTING - we should be able to have an idea as to when which subscriptions are being renewed (% of those approved on a daily basis/card declined,etc.)

    just better backend reporting all in all

  16. I need the text reminders to have the option say what the appointment is for, and who the provider is!!!!
    example: "Your appointment for HYDRAFACIAL with LINDSEY is today at 9am"

  19. e.g. 1 to confirm, 2 to cancel, 3 to receive a link to self reschedule, 4 to receive contact to reschedule

    As it stands now: If a client responds to a reminder text that they wish to cancel their appointment but includes any form of affirmation including y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm, in their response it triggers an appointment confirmation.

    THIS WOULD NOT MAKE SENSE IF THEY SAY "not sure", it triggers confirmation, and the salon would have no idea
