  1. Self explanatory in question. You can put in compensation for everything other than what an employees hourly rate is even though they're on the clock. If they're on the clock, most likely they are receiving an hourly wage in addition to commission.

  2. Most platforms don't charge for sms text-why are we charged exorbitant fees on top of the high price of this platform? This makes me consider leaving BVD. We are consistently getting messages to "send text blasts" to clients-it can cost hundreds of dollars. When will BVD address his? There have been so many posts about SMS text charges.

  3. Barcode scanning to add new products would be extremely helpful and would maintain consistency and help eliminate associate errors. Manual entry is not efficient and very time consuming especially when adding a new product line.

  7. We would like the option to only offer a certain number of a specific appointment type each day. Example: We only really have the staff and space to accommodate 4 new patients per day. If we could make it so that only so many of the new patient appointments are available online, that would help us tremendously

  10. Is there a way to have a list of all charts that need review or forms rather than checking day by day...this gets tedious and does not tell me if there is a form i missed for review as the medical director. 215-266-2903 is my direct line for questions or concerns

  12. Admins should be able to see business level reporting in the professional app rather than be limited to their own numbers the way other staff are.

  14. You should be able to sort the list of charts and forms to JUST show charts or JUST show forms. It is easy to mix them up when you are clicking back and forth between these.

  18. It would be great if we could have more field auto populate and display on the overview page or as scheduling alerts. such as "Has an Allergy - see forms" or "Medical Alert - See forms" for important statuses such as pregnant/breastfeeding, or on antibiotics.

  19. We do monthly special services. It would be helpful to toggle these specific services to only be valid during certain dates so we can avoid people self booking beyond the date the service is available through.

  20. Orders from vendors often contain tax/shipping charges. To align the exact amount charged on the order with the purchase order in Boulevard, it would be helpful to have these open fields available and reportable.
