  3. Payroll reports

    I would like to see a commission detail report by service provider. Currently have to run two reports, download them copy and paste. Very clunky!

  4. Allow cash refunds on returns when original payment method is check

    A client recently returned a product and had paid with a check. I was not able to choose cash as a refund method. Check was an option which is just weird. It makes much more sense to have cash as a refund method for check purchases. Or have it as an option that can be turned on in the management tab or controlled in the permission settings.

  5. Ability to duplicate schedules (especially for resources)

    All of our resources are available for all of our open hours. It would be great to be able to schedule these all as a group or copy and paste between resources so I don't have to manually set up schedules for all of the resources one after another.

  6. Past tickets

    When looking back at past appointments when we click on the appointment and on view order and then the receipt/ ticket shows up but then when we go back it goes to the current day. Would be nice to have it stay on the past day we have chosen .

  9. 2nd or more telephone numbers to be textable to the inbox

    It could be useful to have 2 or more numbers that are textable into the inbox. Could keep conversations focused, or be a number for a private conversation between manager and guest may be?

  16. Ability to edit uploaded pdf's

    I would like the ability to edit the name of the uploaded document. Right now the only way to rename an attached file is to redownload it and then upload with a different title.

  17. Tickler system

    Some way have a log for clients that records outgoing calls towards cancelations, rescheduling, and gift card balance reminders. A "tickler system" similar to medical or attorney offices that sets up reminders to call out to clients.
