  1. It's really difficult to understand how well any given offer code is performing (especially if it's a limited time offer) when you can't see if patients applied the code when online booking. The only way it comes up is when you go to check the appointment out. It makes our business look disorganized when the front desk and providers don't have that visibility. Our providers will pitch something to the patient not knowing they already "signed up" for another offer.   5. Client A sale, purchasing $100 of account credit for Client B using existing client credit. After sale, which will be a net zero for the business, will show as $100 in payments even through it should cancel out and be $0.

  6. At times on Blvd due to either just first name showing or initials. Would be greatly appreciated if there would be some heuristic approach to solve this when applicable.

    When showing first name of a staff member when (with fuzzy matching) are more than 1 of that first name in a staff directory, show full name in that instance; if last name matches then denote that there are more than one of that same staff name with a highlight and hover over description stating multiple staff.

  10. Need an option to only print one receipt, we almost never need 2, and if we do we just print 2, but the extra paper is getting printed on for no reason.

  11. A specific call list we can print and call to confirm appointments. We usually do 2 days before to remind those that have booked in advance but haven't confirmed yet.

  15. The link at the bottom of the confirmation and reminder emails (to get back to the website) is very small and not easily seen. It would be great to have the logo linked directly to the website, so that clients can click the logo to be directed back easily.

  17. being able to chose more than one and delete at a time ALSO, it would be helpful if they were color coded somehow...For a large salon that gets 50-100 texts a day this would be helpful so texts dont get lost in the mix

  18. If you make a mistake when typing a credit card number into a client profile (to store it as a payment method), the backspace key does not take you out of the current group of 4 digits. So if I type "6012" instead of "6011" and need to correct the last digit to 1, I have to take my hands off the keyboard, click beside the 2, then backspace, then type the correct number.

  20. The search for client names is great. I can type pa smi and get Paul Smith. (along with Patty Smith)

    Please bring this same search when looking for services to add to an appointment. We have multiple services with the same beginning and it would be so nice to be able to search using other words in the name, or even to work through typos.
