  2. We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.

    It would come through as:

    "Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"

    It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

  3. We moved from Square to BLVD and this is one feature I miss. I liked seeing email messages that let me know how much and when each transfer would be,

    i.e. "Your Friday transfer of $3,561.00 will be sent on Sunday"

    It would be nice to not manually have to check on transfers.

  4. When setting up pricing for services. Have pricing based on a level and rather than customizing prices for each service provider individually you can just assign them to their level of pricing (ex. level 1, 2, 3, etc. or jr stylists, sr, master, etc.) That way when a service provider gets promoted you can just change their level and their pricing would reflect their new level instead of having to customize the pricing manually per service, per stylist.

  8. i'd like it to be mandatory for clients to need to include their DOB, address, and emergency contact when booking in addition to full name, phone number and email address instead of manually having to add this from my created forms

Clicking this opens a popup of a troubleshooter with step by step procedures alongside animated gifs to get the situation resolved without Boulevard Help Chat or management's intervention.

  19. And give those with manage privilige ability to change single day's booking interval for that day from that view. Trying to cut down steps of when a manger sees that a particular day would benefit from altering this hidden feature that greatly impacts booking, from a dozen clicks of navigation to less and more intuitive.

  20. This would be super helpful for our company and anyone who uses third party coupons, promotions, or deals for a limited time. We have to set our service prices in a $ amount in order for our employees to get paid correctly on commissions even for a free service; If we could turn the pricing confirmation off PER SERVICE it would take out the issue of clients asking why their free service is a $ amount.
