  1. Vagaro shows the staff member's rating number (5 stars, etc) on their online booking, and we would love that feature too! Currently the ratings in Boulevard are really only seen by the front desk team - they need to be seen by clients to really be helpful!

  4. ...that don't have phone numbers that are redundant with other client profiles. This is a runaway issue. Some fix to this is very much needed!

    Not sure what the best solution would be but some type of "parent" or "primary" account status could be granted. These accounts could be linked with other profiles and have freedom to book appointments for them and those accounts would have access to use the primary account's payment types as their own defaults. The caveat would be we would be placing the organizational work on either the clients or the business. Another option would be…

  5. When looking at the history of a client it should show refunds for services as it does with charges currently

  7. The ability to cancel the appointment straight from the overview page on the client profile, we can reschedule or view appointment, but not cancel it. Great when they need to cancel all future appointments.

  8. As massage therapists in the state of Michigan, we are required to fill out SOAP notes for each and every client. Having a place specifically meant for all of the clients paperwork either to upload OR for clients to fill out online would be PERFECT. Not sure what the rules and regulations are in other states but this is a MUST for us!

  12. We often have parent's phone numbers under their children in Boulevard. 99.9% of the time the system uses the child's account when we receive a text from the number. It would be nice to be able to either mark the child as a child of the parent (and pick the parent in the system) or to mark the owner of the number so all of the texts default to that person.

    Having a system of parents and children would be the ideal solution, but I understand it would be harder to implement.

  15. In the checkout, you would never know if someone had a giftcard balance unless they mention it. If they want to use it, having to go into their profile and copy/paste back to the check-out screen is time-consuming.

  16. Currently, the only way to block off for a holiday is to put individual blocks or change availability for staff individually. This is very time consuming for a large salon. Would be great if we could set the holidays for the year under management. Thanks!

  19. It would be great to bill clients via ACH for memberships. Credit cards are too easy to request a new one or lock.
