  1. It would be helpful if we're able to have different alerts instead of one. If we could add booking alerts (ie; guest booking preference for more efficient booking), check-out alerts: alerts that pop-up at checkout which is helpful if a guest is late on membership due we can see that at check-out and charge in the moment), membership past due alerts!

  2. Inventory tracking so if we have zero of a product in stock, you’d be alerted that zero is in stock. We use remote client coordinators and they are not in store to check inventory. We do use product manager to see the inventory but it would be nice to get an alert in checkout regarding no inventory.

  3. We understand Boulevard services a wide audience of businesses, from employee based to booth rentals. From a business owners perspective, we need to be protective of our information, ie guest contact info, and this issue creates a back door that anyone can access, regardless of privilege groups, and there is currently no way to limit its access.

    Privilege groups can be set up which will limit access to what each group has access to. We have chosen not to allow access to the mobile app as it is a liability for our company to allow employee access to schedule and…

  6. The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

  9. It feels cheap and the marketing is not robust enough to merit nickel and dimeing us. If the eblast capability were better, but the current email ability is limited. Yes, I'm salty. Consider an integration with a better marketing crm site like mail chimp, constant contact.

  10. Since we have been limited to only eblast only those who have been in the last 24 months, give us more ability to segment the client list. For example those who had a particular procedure or came in a certain time.

  11. Right now everyone one gets forms attached to every appointment. Clients are annoyed they feel like the have to fill them out every time they come in. The system should know if we are adding a brand new client and booking an appointment then the new client should get forms. The settings need to be for NEW clients, not every appointment.

  12. Provide a detailed list, log or trail of all appointments that have been booked, canceled, or rescheduled. Admins need to have an overview. Admins need to keep an eye on the schedule, and at this point only the induvudual service provider gets an update on the appointments. Give admins ability to see all new bookings, cancelations and reschedules.

  13. It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead

  15. We often have clients who we send invoices to and they remit payment from their production company, etc. after the fact. Sometimes it's weeks or months later. It would be great to have a payment type called "House Charge" to make sure that service providers receive their commission timely and a way that when that person schedules another appointment, it shows an outstanding charge. Being able to run a report to show any outstanding charges would also be helpful.

  17. The professional app shows ALL employees when you select all staff (expected behavior). It would be very helpful to have an "is working" option like the dashboard calendar. It is very annoying to have to scroll past a whole block of people who aren't working to get to the next day. Most employees just have their own schedule which is great, but as a manager it is annoying to navigate when looking at the whole staff.

  18. When using the prebooking defaults on the calendar we would love for it to show us 4 weeks out from the date we have selected on the calendar. For example, if todays date is 4/11. My client has an appointment on 4/25 and wants to book another appointment 4 weeks after that, I want to be able to use the 4 week prebooking preset and have it take me to the correct date 4 weeks after 4/25. Currently it will take us 4 weeks out from todays date no matter what and it is just frustrating :)
