  1. Would like to have a note that you can have show up before you click to confirm an appointment. For example if a client has a history of no shows or cancelling last minute then the person who answers the phone can make sure we have a card on file.

  6. On the desktop version of Boulevard you can move service providers into a particular order which is awesome but when viewed on the app it is all out of order. Could you please make the schedule order reflect the same in the app or make the schedule order adjustable on the app so we can rearrange service providers? Thank you.

  7. Could email receipts be sent in the same format as how it viewed in the reception app please?

    This layout which the client receives starts with the price after it's been discounted, then the original price, followed by the amount discounted from original price. Would you consider eliminating the original cost, and only highlight what is actually being paid and the discount? It just looks a ittle backward. Thank you!

  10. Clients should be able to see what days their preferred therapists are available on a calendar view when self booking. Right now they have to click on each day and hope some times pop up with the therapist they are trying to book

  16. It would be helpful to have it log when the client checks in as arrived or in service to when they get checked out so as owners we can see on average how long each service is taking each one of our employees and we can adjust the service to match that.
