  4. We use the notes to store important information- including scanned forms since there is nowhere else to store them. It is very easy to delete these. You should be prompted to ask before deleting a note OR have a safe space for uploaded forms to be stored- maybe with the other forms.

  10. Many services have treatment rules that require the client to wait 4 weeks between appointments, but clients can currently book their appointments whenever. By being able to create rules around how close/far apart specific services can be booked, this will minimize the time needed to review and make sure those rules are being followed, since this impacts the treatment experience.

  12. We are developing our own referral program and require that account credits be applied automatically through APIs based on some event triggers from our end. Referrals account for a large portion of our growth so this is of utmost importance to us.

  13. If a patient is increasing their membership level/cost, there should be an option to charge it on their normal pay date. Ex. $99/mo to $299/mo, payment day of the first of every month. Patient decides to increase on the 15th, the increase doesn't get charged right away, but instead on the first of the month. My help chat agent advised this is NOT possible.

  14. Staff not being able to add/edit notes at home WITHOUT havening access to the clients personal information. We do not want our team or on-call staff to have access to last name, email, phone number when reviewing client profile or adding notes from phone

  16. Deposits for services in dollar amount, not %
    The ability to add or update services on the ticket/sale instead of rebooking, this is an additional step that’s time consuming
    Not being able to edit a ticket/sale after payment has been processed. If an error is made we have to delete the entire thing and start over instead of being able to update payment type.
    Online scheduling allows guests to schedule at weird times and the bookings overlap even though we’ve selected “no double bookings”
    Changing an appointment and all enhancements/add-ons are lost

  20. The business wants the ability to track pre booked %'s for the staff members who are booking the appointments. They want to be able to see reporting on performance metrics as well based on if they have upgrade services, added add on's ect.
