  1. We would like to be able to see what offer codes have been applied to future appointments. I would love to see at least one report that is all of the details for booked appointments.

  12. We are recommending an implementation of a basic report that we can pull to show Any appointment that shows quick Appointment Data:

    Service booked

    Date when Appointment was Booked

    Date of Actual Appointment Service.

    We have high ticket PMU (Cosmetic Tattoo Services) and Lash Services which can block off 2-3 hours of time and our front desk needs to follow up consistently with these appointments to ensure the clients fill out all their proper forms ahead of time and also do not cancel their appointment.   13. On client's check out ticket, can you change "Charge" at the bottom to whatever the payment actually is, because it is confusing when a client pays cash and it prompts "charge!"

  17. A client recently returned a product and had paid with a check. I was not able to choose cash as a refund method. Check was an option which is just weird. It makes much more sense to have cash as a refund method for check purchases. Or have it as an option that can be turned on in the management tab or controlled in the permission settings.

  18. All of our resources are available for all of our open hours. It would be great to be able to schedule these all as a group or copy and paste between resources so I don't have to manually set up schedules for all of the resources one after another.

  19. When looking back at past appointments when we click on the appointment and on view order and then the receipt/ ticket shows up but then when we go back it goes to the current day. Would be nice to have it stay on the past day we have chosen .
