  7. Rx photo the employees are saying that there platform is more user friendly. We use boulevard for all new forms, signatures. But when it comes to keeping record and looking up past forms, pictures that are saying they would rather use Rx Photo. Thanks

  9. Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.

  11. Would like the ability to show services next to the service provider name when booking in the dashboard.

    For example, if someone calls to request a SP, and want to book for a certain SP it would only show the services the SP provides in the preview window

  13. The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

  14. This is a ticket that compiles everything to support consumable products from how it's setup and managed, how it's sold, and how it's tracked to differentiate it from retail products and back bar consumption.

    Many services require multiple products to be used, so allowing for more than one product to be used per service would allow for better inventory tracking

  16. In an effort to cut down on accidental refunds to the incorrect payment method, could we implement an additional confirmation for refunds so that they staff member must confirm their refund method before processing?

  17. The new client experience page is useful for seeing many items in one location, I just found that it only shows two digits for the timeframe for online booking. I freaked out when I thought my booking was only open for 18 days. I then realized it was 180, but not showing the third digit. This is true on multiple browsers and multiple screen sizes.

    1. The ability to duplicate a campaign rather than reinventing the wheel every time
    2. Emoji's in the subject line
    3. Store branded colors and fonts
    4. Reports that show who opened and who unsubscribed (not just a number but names)
    5. Better email templates

  19. We REALLY Need a report that shows all new SCHEDULED bookings are made in a given time period -- broken out by Self-Booked or Other (Called In) -- and filtered by New Clients vs. Returning Clients.

    We are ramping up our marketing efforts and we need to see how those efforts are performing. We can see the number of self-booked clients by observing cart_completed in GA, but that isn't sufficient. Help!
