select time on calendar with resources
Whenever you hit select time on calendar, resources are not being applied. It would be great if it still pulled resources when booking that way. It should also notify you if you are overlapping resources to confirm if you want to do that.

The resource scheduling is a complete mess.
It doesn't respect your manually moving the appointment to a resource when initially booking, it doesn't default to an available resource, it just goes with the first one in the list, rebooking from the checkout window often doesn't include resources at all. Changing a provider can remove the resource from the appointment options completely. Please look at resource booking to straighten all of this out!
Adding a pop-up about overbooking would solve some of these issues, and would be an easy first start.

There is apparently a huge request that Pop up alerts come up when appts are being double booked when using the "select time on schedule" button. The resource is being attached to the service, so why can't it tell us when that resource is being used already?

It should FOR SURE notify you when a resources is being overlapped!

Choosing "First available" for resources when selecting on the calendar 100% chooses a resource that is not available. Resource booking in general is getting more and more broken.
