change button on checkout to say "confirm price"
Guests get confused at the confirm visit button, the button should say confirm price and then add tip. if the wheel isnt broken don't try to fix it

There should also be indicators more prominently displayed next to phone numbers whenever shown in Front Desk, Calendar, Messages, and Client tabs that denote NO SMS, or client has disabled all SMS. Some businesses HEAVILY rely on SMS and if clients are not receiving reminders and/or confirmations then being charged no-shows... there WILL be hiccups. 'Search for Service' Report
A report should be created allowing staff to search for a specific future appointment in the book. For the 'not so typical service', in order to prepare for materials needed and staff to be available. -or- Another way to look at this, let's say you've previously scheduled a complex service with a client and can not remember when it is in the future / can not remember the client... being able to search the service would help.

Access to more custom client data in beta reports
Would like to request client data to appear in multiple beta reports (be able to filter)
1- Be able to select any and all info you want to see in all report (client birthday, email, phone, tags, anything from the client profile)

Calendar past week view
Can we have the calendar show how many weeks in the past a certain date is(-1w, -2w, etc)? I frequently have to count backwards on the calendar and that would help.

ability to turn off credit card requirement for the waitlist
Seems like clients are passing on the waitlist option because of requiring a credit card to request a spot on the waitlist. They don't have an actual appointment yet so asking for a credit card feels weird. It would be nice to have the option to pick and choose what requires a credit card?

Multiple Job Roles/Clock in rates for one person
For instance, some days I do permanent makeup, some days I do lashes, and some days I work on management duties in my office. Currently I have to have 3 separate staff profiles for this which is confusing. It would be nice to have the option for staff/owners to clock in under specific roles instead of having to create multiple staff profiles for one person. The same applies to staff. If they are training I still need them to clock in, but I need them to clock in for training, not for services as they are paid at a different…

Don't show service providers in online booking if they are not scheduled and don't have open books
We have multiple locations and sometimes providers will travel between shops. There needs to be a better way to disable them from showing up on online booking OTHER THAN entirely removing the second location from their account profile. This makes us have to re-set up all their services and payment settings if we do it this way, which is very inconvenient. It would be AMAZING if, when going online to book, clients did NOT see any service providers under our location if their books aren't open. This gives the client a false sense of hope, and they will add themselves…

Ability to manually add a service fee at checkout
We charge an automatic 20% service fee for all group and package bookings and would like to have the option at checkout to have an easy way to add the 20% fee with a click. This is not the same as the tipping feature as we do not accept gratuities through boulevard.

Arrival Notification to Provider Should Include Service(s)
When our service providers get a notification that their client has arrived and checked in, they would like to see "X has checked in for the following services..." so they don't have to separately check their books and see what's booked. It is a simple thing that would save extra time, and sometimes our service providers have been missing out on services because the client won't mention it to them in the chair if the provider doesn't bring it up.
