Check in and checkout times added to appointment
Would be super helpful if you could add the times the client checked in for their appointment and what time the appointment was checked out in the appointment details for easy visibility.

New Guest Logo is in bright red so it's easier to recognize a new guest
It would be easier to recognize a new guest on the schedule if the logo appeared in a bright red color, vs just the star or heart (can't remember which one it is at the moment.)

Reference to CC on file, but guest maybe wants to pay a different way.
So for the guest who have a cc on file, it would be nice if a button popped up and said, "Do you want to charge the card on file?" Then we have to hit confirm or no. This is especially true for young adults that maybe have their parents cards on their file, but then the young adult actually wants to pay cash and not charge Mom's CC. It just automatically grabs the card on file with no chance to asking first.

Track down with in reports
Example if im looking at service sales. I see a transaction i want to look more into I want to be able to click that transaction and it then show me what its connected to client, service and payment method

Ability to Inactivate clients
Would like the ability to inactivate certain clients so they don't show up in the main client list.

Adding an icon to appointments that activates if a guest has completed their forms.
It would be helpful if we didn't have to go into their account to check to see if they completed the forms.

Relationships between guests would be helpful in tracking visit history. If we have 3 John Doe's, which of these is married to Jane Doe?
Relationships would help to keep track of who is friends or family of who.

I suggest you create a way to send Forms to Duo Tablet for guests when they check in. . We check them in verbally to help w/spa guidance.
We check guests in verbally as we have multiple guests coming in at the same time. Prevents a line from forming. We also guide our guests through the experience instead. If there was a button that we could click to send the form when needed instead of them having to check in via tablet.

Printed reports keep order
When we print our reports after making changes to it and rearranging columns, changes do not stick and report still prints out of order

rx photo please take a look at there platform. The girls do not want to use your platform because they say it is more time consuming.
Rx photo the employees are saying that there platform is more user friendly. We use boulevard for all new forms, signatures. But when it comes to keeping record and looking up past forms, pictures that are saying they would rather use Rx Photo. Thanks

Give users the ability to log out remote sessions
Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.
