  2. A DREAM feature would be to not show service provider at all for certain services when booking. For our members who are familiar, we want them to be able to book their designated member services with certain providers. But for new clients who book our designated a la carte services, we would love to be able to give them a "first available" only option where they never see the names throughout the process.

  7. The option to default to the Duo for card payments is excellent. However, it doesn't stick as the default when starting a new sale in the Sales Tab. It is odd that the behavior isn't consistent throughout the system.

  8. Having an Instant Message or Pop Up for quick chats between front desk staff at two different locations without having to speak on the phone. It would also leave a clear picture of where a situation stands as the desk staff switch shifts so things wouldn't go unfinished.

  18. It would assist greatly with training front desk if we could see a consolidated report of appointments that were booked by one person. Since Boulevard already keeps record of who booked each appointment, I imagine it already has the data needed to put it into a list/report format.

    This way, we can narrow down bookings and quickly check that all appointments booked by that one person were booked correctly rather than clicking around the schedule to see what was booked by them in the first place.

  20. We should be able to have a automated setup for employees to get % off products and services without an "Offer"...OR...Allow an option under "Audience" to have more selection options, for it to be auto-apply to employees selection.
