Could you please make it so that in the Blvd App on phones and tablets to view the scheduling alerts? It is only viewable through the website on computers.

Add More Features to Membership Perks
Right now clients can receive vouchers for services and products and account credit. However, many customers have written into support wanting to offer more than just vouchers and credit. Several medspas have reported that they'd like to have discount only memberships. Others say they'd like to change what perks clients receive throughout the year, some want to require a monthly charge but only grant vouchers once a year.

Pays for option
We would like to see the option for one client to pay for other clients. We have many parents or spouses paying for someone else, and it does not seem like there is an easy way to execute that.

Forms Optimization
Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.
Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.
Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.

Filter for offer codes list to only show codes used in that date range
When running a report using the offer code filter, I just want to be able to see a list of the offer codes that are relevant to the date range that's set. If it wasn't used in that time range, it shouldn't be an option.

Ability to report on when a redeemed voucher had originally been granted via the package sale

Bypass Review Chart option
"bypass review forms" privilege and feature should present a "skip" option to staff allowed to bypass rather than just removing the "submit and review" button altogether.

Product Display
When we add products to a client ticket we cannot see the full name. And when we add product it moves to the top and we get lost. The entire product system is very confusing and overwhelming. As I am sitting in a staff meeting we are realizing we are all frustrated by this. Can we make this a more visible and smoother transaction.

set number of payments with memberships
We have several different membership options and we cannot set an end date. So we've had to refund if we miss canceling it at the term end. Right now it just goes month to month continuously. NEED term limits and end date selections

Report that gives average number for Ratings per Staff Member
The business wants to be able to see the average score for staff in reference to ratings.

Update Filter Options under client tab for marketing purposes
Filters under client tab should be an "and" instead of an "Or" so that when trying to send marketing emails you can send them to multiple selected appointment types instead of only one type

Enable editable effective date for custom commission override
Please allow us to have 'effective' dates that are editable for service commission overrides like you can for standard commission rates set in the 'Compensation' tab.

On the calendar view, create a new button: "Is Working Today"
Creating this button would allow the front desk to get back to the daily calendar view with a click of one button. This would save a lot of time in toggling forward when booking appointments in the future, specificallly toggling out of a stylist's weekly view.

Service Logs
I would love to have a feature where you can document a procedure that could reoccur, like a laser, but then pull up the same form for their next appointment to be able to see what was done last and document the new appointment. Finding we may have to go back to paper charting for this, which is not ideal.

Would like the business Admin to get notification of online gift card sales, appt booking, cancelling or rescheduling for business

Show name of staff who added client to waitlist
When adding clients to the waitlist, it currently shows as "added by staff." The ability to see the name of the staff who added the client would be very helpful.
