  2. Since we are charged for multiple segments if the message is over 160 characters, there should be a character count on the messages so we can be aware of how many of our allotted messages we are using at a time.

  3. client records report is use for client analysis but adding primary location would be extremely helpful since it is not reportable anywhere. otherwise, we need to combine it with another sales report which produces blank "location" fields for clients who have visited more than one location in a given timeframe

  4. Ability to see and redeem voucher from mobile application during checkout. Currently you cannot see a voucher even exists and could accidentally charge someone who has a voucher which results in a poor client experience.

  5. Adding total stock tracking for individual items.This addition would provide a clear view of each item's total stock, including both product and resources for services. It would streamline stock management and improve decision-making on replenishment and resource allocation.

  6. The business said the current service totals is misleading on the mobile app because it is a lesser number when vouchers are applied as those service as a discount to the service. The provider is however paid commission off the service list price. The % owed to the provider is not seen in the mobile app at this time making them think they have made less then they really have.

  13. The business wants to enter the referral source at the time you are searching for availability. SO right before you would click View Times or Select Time on Calendar. They would like an option within that part of the pop up.

  14. it would make reconciliation much easier to be able to view all invoices with location and line item breakdowns in one place and be able to download it too! instead, we have to go into the manage tab at all of them which is very time consuming

    1. Stylists should be able to see who booked the appointment from their app, not just from the receptionist's view on desktop
    2. It would be nice to see the whole week
    3. Sending messages through the app to contact clients/see confirmations
    4. Stylist could see their merchant account info in their app
