  3. We are a soap notes required biz.
    We are having issues with soap notes compliance and there is no easy way to sort who is leaving them and who is not. We need an indicator of incomplete forms-either on the providers profile or on the client. Right now reception has to go through all the day before and send out mean emails. Yes people should just do them, but the human brain is silly.

  4. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

  8. It'd be a great idea if warnings were surfaced before sending out a One Time Blast advising the user that these campaigns cannot be edited, or unsent once they go live so that users are notified that they need to check settings and their content over before launching a campaign.

  9. Alerts if client/patient has a history of no-shows or cancels often.

    Ex. When we're choosing a reason, client canceled, client no-showed, if we're choosing the reason, if the system could recognize that as: "Hey, history of no -shows or one no -show", it would help prepare for that appointment.

  12. As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

  13. As a medical practice a patient's DOB is required. Please do the following;

    1) Require Birthdate when patients book online for the first time thereby automatically pulling it into their Client Profile,
    2) Change the Birthdate Forms field so it does not automatically default to "Today's Date" on the mini calendar selector (many patients are clicking on Today's Date accidentally),
    3) Add a field that automatically calculates the Age based on Birthdate

  14. It would be helpful to be able to access forms in the check-in app. When several guests check in under a group booking with one number we have to build out profiles and forms and have them fill out one by one. If they put their number in it creates a walkin appointment and you can't tie the walkin to the the already scheduled appointment. If we could go to their appointment and access forms there in the app that would speed along the check in process when there are multiple guests.

  15. It'd be great if the appointment tiles in the Front Desk view changed colors depending where the client is in their appointment process so that receptionists can easily identify what stage the client is in.

  19. Since we are charged for multiple segments if the message is over 160 characters, there should be a character count on the messages so we can be aware of how many of our allotted messages we are using at a time.

  20. client records report is use for client analysis but adding primary location would be extremely helpful since it is not reportable anywhere. otherwise, we need to combine it with another sales report which produces blank "location" fields for clients who have visited more than one location in a given timeframe
