  2. The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.

  8. We have patients that get scheduled, never show up and are never actually seen in the office, and we can't get them out of our client list. Should have a feature that they can be made inactive, invisible or able to delete them all together.

  9. If someone purchases a 1K membership but only pays $350, can the receipt show the $350 credit card/cash payment and a line showing $650 as the balance left on the membership cost.

  14. Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

  18. We have multiple instances where client refunds are moved to account balance because of exchanges or errors and then we cannot refund the account balance or create a refund without an order. The system duplicate charged an account balance somehow and I can't issue a refund to the client without waiting 4-6 weeks?
