  1. If I type in a phone number to text in messages and I need to create a new profile from there, it shows all new fields as blank including phone number. Makes no sense to type a phone number to create a new client just to re-type it. Or if a new number texts us, I usually have to write the phone number down to be able to save all their info. Please don't make things this difficult as our time is precious as a receptionist.

  2. Need to autosave messages in the type box or in a drafts box -as leaving the page to check someone out and then coming back to a long message being gone is so frustrating.

  4. Our front desk computer runs Chrome, and we have multiple websites that require multiple passwords that are autofilled when we need to access them. Having to manually enter a password everytime is tedious and time consuming. On the downside, it means everyone with a BLVD login can log in to eachother's profile. This means receptionists have access to admin info and without logging out, people make notes under the wrong profile.
    There is currently no fix for this, but would be cool if you could come up with a workaround.

  5. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

  6. I would love to see a bank of Templates to choose from that are customizable. My former program had that and it reduced time making them. For a spa that has many, many services, it is very time consuming to make these. Also, helpful to compare to make sure nothing is missed. Just a thought That has been the most challenging part of moving to Boulevard.

  7. If a patient changes which membership they are on or the cost of their membership changes, it would be nice to be able to edit the price that the patient is being charged rather than cancelling and restarting a new one

  9. Language choice when booking with auto translate. Ask client when checking in w/ phone number what language is preferred, assign an automatic tag or rule to distinguish client's language spoken/understood and automate translation of forms and documents in the chosen language

  13. Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.

  14. We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".

    An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

  15. We follow up with our patients the day after dermal filler as well as 5 days after treatment, 4 weeks after Kybella, 8 weeks after Sculptra, and 12 days after Botox.

    If you could create a reporting system that notifies us daily on who needs a follow-up (based on those "rules"), and we would be able to mark that patient "complete" after follow-up, that would be a game changer!

  20. Considering there is currently no way to mass update unit costs for products, it would be nice to have a "save this as the default unit cost" checkbox next to the price when receiving purchase orders.
