Different background colors for cancelation reason
When looking at client history and seeing a cancelation, stylist are always quick to think they cancel all the time. Different colors for the different cancellations would be a quick visual to know why they cancelled.

gender neutral haircut option
We're looking to add a service for a non-gendered haircut option with a range so clients don't feel triggered when receiving a gendered appointment confirmation email, so we can be inclusive of our nonbinary and trans* clientele.

Send staff text when an appointment has been changed within 24 hours of the appointment.
When stylists are busy working on clients & reception staff is busy, it can slip through the cracks when an appointment time has changed for that day. It would be best if the system automatically notified the stylist (via text) any time there has been an adjustment to an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. So that would include cancellations and appointment start times.

Need to be able to see what service are excluded for discount ideas. Right now there isn't a was to see that.
When inputting services for a discount. I tried to see what services I excluded to make sure I got them all that didn't apply to the discount, but I am unable to view that. It isn't an option.

Have a report to show unspecified retail sold with commission summary report
Sometimes a stylist, booth renter or front desk does not enter who sold retail and this has become a huge problem. It is too timely do go thru each day at payroll and look at each order. Having an unspecified line with total and way to access all of the orders would allow us to properly put order to who sold it. Also a report to check for unspecified sold retail would help as well

It would be very helpful to see the client's total spend in their profile overview.

More client info availble on app
Would love to be able to access more client information on the app. Such as, allergies. Most often, I am using the app while in my treatment room with a client rather than referring to a computer.

Choose receipt printing defaults
It would be nice to customize the defaults for printing receipts. We never need the merchant copy, but if you forget to tell it to print only page 1 you end up with a copy to throw away with each printed receipt. The location or business settings could have a checkbox for "print merchant receipt" default setting.
