When adjusting times to remember for clients, if they are already rebooked for the future...
...those recurring appts change automatically as well to that timing.
I have clients that book a year out and have recurring appts, say every 6 weeks. If I see that their appt should be 45 minutes long instead of 30, when I change that next appt, the recurring appts also change. I have had to go through manually and change all 45 minute color processes to 30 (they normally are 30) and some people that take longer in cutting or color individually. It has taken me about 3 hours just to change from today 9/12 to the end of the…

Implementation of tax-bracketed style commission instead of current tier
The current tier system doesn't benefit my current business model for my staff. Please consider the option to have another commission payout.

Quick Add Service Column!
We have a lot of common treatments and services that are added on last minute to appointments and they're not always performed by the same stylist. It would be awesome to have a column of our most common add-on services rather than having to leave the checkout window to update the whole appointment and go back. We are glad we switched over from Booker, but that is something I seriously miss!

Inventory Counting System
A combination of our inventory adjustments and inventory on hand report. When doing inventory, the ability to add in what is counted, before making the adjustment. Being able to see what was counted vs. what should be in the inventory. A step before making the actual adjustments within Blvd.

Cancellation list to have a current appointment column to show who has already been rescheduled
It would be so helpful to have a column on the cancellation list that shows if they currently have another appointment so that we don't have to go searching their profiles. It would reduce the wasted time of searching through this. Thanks!

Banning clients from online booking
We'd love to be able to ban people from online booking. Currently, every day we have to physically go in and delete 2 clients who we have told we can no longer see them, but they still book online all of the time. This puts us in an uncomfortable situation to have a conversation with the old client.

Name attached to all gift cards
When you make a gift card in Boulevard it would be nice to have a field where you can attach the recipient's name so staff could look it up that way. It would also add another layer of security for the buyer and recipient.

Edit Purchase Order after it's been created
We should be able to edit a purchase order after saving it and clicking Next. Sometimes we receive the wrong item or an additional item, and it seems unnecessary to have to create a new PO for just one item rather than be able to edit/add it to the existing PO. This would also help POs match invoices across the business.

Ability/filter to see appointments that have been cancelled earlier in the day.
Walking into a closing shift where 3 stylists have called out means a lot of work on the backend when customers who don't check their email come in looking for their appointment to be filled and no one's here. Having cancelled appointments made easily accessible to see where they've been rescheduled to / the names of cancelled people would make tracking down individuals much easier. As nice as looking up by phone number is, it would be more efficient to see the cancelled appointment around the time the customer was expecting to arrive.
