different service categories a different color on the front desk view
NOT just for staff members/providers. Its weird you can do it on the calendar (GREAT!) but not an option on front desk?? I use the front desk view a lot, and right now there is no way to see what the service category is without clicking buttons, etc.

visual Data Reports: Graphs, Pie Charts Etc
I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

Customizable post-appointment text message to warn about replying "STOP"
Ability to customize post-appointment text message to include language warning against fully opting out of all texts. Eg. "Replying STOP will block all future communication with this location."

schedule color
On the appointment book - have the "schedule hours for the day" have the option of darker scale. We are having issues of seeing when someone is in the salon due to the colors being to light for behind the appointments. Possibly offer a dark screen scale as option

Rent Collection Profile
As a business owner it is critical for a lot of us who have booth renters or room renters to be able to properly collect rent. Having a separate spot to be able to collect daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly options and be able to set it to autopay on set dates. We need to be able to run reports for this information as well to properly track for our taxes as well as provide this report to our renters for their taxes.

I think that when patients check in using the duo app, the order in which they came in should be reflected on the front desk screen view

For forms - make an option for clients to "copy last form" data when a new version or annual update is needed.
If we make changes to a form that someone already completed, allow clients to select the option to pull data from previous form for the matching fields, meaning they only have to update for revisions. This would also be helpful for annual updates. They could pull the data from last year's form, then change as needed. Giving them the "option" could help solve the privacy situation because the data wouldn't be initially visible.

Quick book links where we can send a an appointment time slot to patients to fill out.
We need cards on file for appointments so a quickbook link with the service and time slot already chosen would be awesome then all they have to do is input their info & card.

Automatic Fund Removal Upon Dispute
When a client disputes a deposit that was used to fund their account balance, the system should automatically remove that corresponding credit from the client’s account until the dispute is resolved.

Expanded Payment Permissions
The customer is requesting more granular permissions around payment access for their manager-level users. Specifically, they would like their managers to be able to:
Log information related to disputes (e.g., add notes, upload supporting documents, track communication).
View active and historical disputes for transparency and internal handling.
However, they do not want managers to have access to sensitive financial settings, including:
Viewing or editing the business’s bank account details.
Accessing or downloading deposit reports or payout information.

Create a way to add custom duration directly in the "accomodations" tab of a clien'ts proile.
You can only adjust and save a specific client's duration on the book and save it. I would like to be able to just add a new accomodation under their profile.

date of birth in DUO
Make the date of birth visible for providers on the IPADs view in the duo app. The email and phone number is not as significant to show in comparison to the date of birth for medical purposes.

Scrollable view of available dates and times in online booking
When clients are booking on the widget allow them to scroll through days and see available providers for each day rather than selecting a provider and then a day.

App calendar color to match dashboard
it is very confusing that the app background for availability is white and the closed hours are grey and the desktop version is completely opposite. Please adjust it to reflect exactly how it appears on the dashboard.

Under the patient profile under "Products" show the providers name that adds product suggestions, and also who received commission.
Under patient profiles as well as at checkout with any previously purchased products show the providers name who sold the product the previous time.
Also under suggested products show the provider who suggested the product to the patient, so we know who to give commission credit to.
