It would be great to have this feature, plus the ability to delay the text/email being sent by a custom time entered by staff and delayed until 15 minutes (for example) prior to the time calculated by the system. Flow being, a client is supposed to rinse 2 hours after their spray tan and their appointment is done at 12pm. The staff member fills out a chart or pop-up via dropdown or text box with '2' (we choose hours as the option when setting up the chart/pop-up) that would trigger a text to go to client's 15 minutes (this increment of time being something set within the chart/pop-up settings) prior to their rinse timing at 1:45pm saying "Don't forget to rinse in 15 minutes!". Have this also get sent based on the time this chart/pop-up is COMPLETED, not when the appointment is scheduled to end or is closed out so it's as accurate as possible.

Yes, this is pertinent. Unique notifications based on the service a client has booked allows us to send them critical pre- and post-treatment care instruction.

I would like the ability to create an email that shows the post- care instruction after the customer finish their procedure and the ticket is closed. the post care email will be link to every procedure and send automatically.

Custom messages that can be scheduled around when a service is booked to be sent to the client before or after their appointment. Example: After care instructions or pre-appointment preparation for a facial and not using retinoids.

This is absolutely CRITICAL to our client experience and service success. Yes, we can send clients a FORM through BLVD to have them acknowledge pre and post care info ... but unfortunately, as soon as they submit the form, they DO NOT have access to the information anymore! That means, they cannot refer to how to properly prepare leading up to their treatment AND there is no easy way to get it in their inboxes. We would use this for SO MANY of our services as pre and post care guidelines are ESSENTIAL to service safety and excellent results.

Right now, we have POST care docs sent out with PRE docs... and the patients can't actually get to them after they sign.. so yes, POST care docs need some better solutions, please!

It would be really helpful for an automation to have the ability to be triggered at check out, or for a form to be triggered at checkout. We have a lot of post care documents that we send after treatment. This would take away a lot of manual work.

We should be able to set up texts to be sent out for each service. We would like to send pre/post care out when they book and again a few days before the appointment. We would also like to automatically text postcard and a thank you notes as soon as they check out

cant you add that as a form that geos with eth service - maybe that's a form training issue

Please have an option to automatically email out discharge instructions to clients based on which service was provided. Also please send out instructions that are appointment-specific

Would be IMMENSE if we could select automated campaigns to send once a *certain service* is completed (and booked, too, would be fabulous). Ie: I am a PMU artist at an establishment where many other services are offered. I would like my aftercare info to be sent automatically to clients once a PMU procedure is completed. A step further would be an automated campaign for certain services *upon booking*--I would be able to email them Pre-Care information so I know they have it. Because these emails only apply to me and we have 8 other practitioners, the ability to select specific services is important. Thank you!!! I love how often y'all update features!

We keep losing text messages and not following up with clients because they get lost among all the other text messages, especially since automated texts can clog up the feed.

It would also be amazing to flag a message to follow up with a specific person that has access, or if providers could have text conversations they are engaged with in a folder or something that is for them to respond to. It would be important for the admin to see all messages from all clients, but currently, every employee can see messages from everyone else.

First off thank you BLVD team for really kicking butt on constantly rolling out changes. Each change that comes to better the platform is appreciated.

I love the new client notifications section. I would like to see the ability to send out follow-up text after appointment after X days. This is a pain point for us to do manually and seems like it would be a great addition. Thanks!

The business would like text messages to be sent automatically following the completion of an appointment requesting the client to review the service.

Want to be able to send customers specific information based on the service/product/category that they received.

Also, maybe even a post follow up message or thank you.
