The ability to upload clients who sign up on our website to Boulevard. With our previous system, the marketing suite was great and we were able to create forms that could be embedded into our site, and the clients were directly imported into the marketing center.
Also, being able to create landing pages would be nice.

We keep losing text messages and not following up with clients because they get lost among all the other text messages, especially since automated texts can clog up the feed.
It would also be amazing to flag a message to follow up with a specific person that has access, or if providers could have text conversations they are engaged with in a folder or something that is for them to respond to. It would be important for the admin to see all messages from all clients, but currently, every employee can see messages from everyone else.

Please!!! This is so incredibly time-consuming and pretty much makes the add-on feature unusable.
I do love the fact that you can create an alias for and add-on, and the add-on only feature is great IF you didn't have to spend hours modifying add-ons for all of the services.
Also, if the add-on has a description set by the business or location, it should apply every time the add-on is used, and to keep the customization option you can allow for an override in the location settings.
