Text Message Templates
Ability to create templates which can be selected when messaging a client. This increases efficiency and ensures a consistent and controlled customer service experience.
Hey Folks! Thank you for your input, it helps us understand your needs! This week we've expanded our Phrases capability to the Messages tab. You can now create pre-written phrases for any staff member to use when texting clients. Now, it's easy for all staff to have polished, consistent communication with clients, no matter who is working. Check out the Phrases support article for more info on how to set up and get rolling!

It looks like suggestion is almost 5 years old, but is something we deeply miss after migration from Aesthetic Record. Huge vote to elevate the priority of this.

That would be amazing, along with save the draft as we are constantly distracted by other more pressing things to do, and having to go back to see that what we carefully typed is gone!

We use Textexpander for this. We can then use the same verbiage across platforms (Facebook messenger, email, Boulevard, etc...)

There should be an option for pre-drafted text messages that you can select from a drop down list that will automatically populate in the text message field and can be edited if needed . Zenoti has this option. It ensures verbiage is always up to brand standards and also saves time if dealing with multiple things at once.

We use Text Expander for this and it is amazing. It also works anywhere you are texting (or typing anything: Facebook messenger, emails, automating some workflows within Boulevard) it is well worth the subscription

HydrationRoom is requesting the option for saved replies or templates in the “Messages” Tab.
For example; a saved reply for when someone still hasn’t confirmed, our receptionist could click next to the “GIF” button and select “Not Confirmed” and it would auto populate a message “Hi – We still do not have a confirmation for your appointment today. Please let us know if you would like to reschedule. Thanks!” -

When clients text about availability, we could select a day or days with a list of their current availability and send it back as a repopulated list. Now that we're all switching to text communication, there's got to be an easier way to automate/send back availability times. This would be game changing for canceling books on sick days and sending a list of rescheduling times.

We use TextExpander for this and it is great. The benefit is you can use it for everything, so we use it for emails, texts Facebook messages. Even filling in some forms on Boulevard. It is relatively inexpensive and makes things flow so well.

Supply saved replies or frequently used information that we can attach in a text. Cancelation policy, covid policy, or FAQs.
