An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn Turnbull commentedupdate to invoice via text - we need to take deposits and there is no effective way to do it currently. other platforms offer invoicing. but we want all forms, invoices etc to be via text. no one looks at their personal email all day anymore

The manual form step is not helpful in this case. If you have any volume of clients/appointments, it is a HUGE time suck to review appointments for forms and text clients to remind them to complete them. Even then, we don't know if the client does it. Salons don't have the margin to staff this kind of work at scale.
