This is absolutely CRITICAL to our client experience and service success. Yes, we can send clients a FORM through BLVD to have them acknowledge pre and post care info ... but unfortunately, as soon as they submit the form, they DO NOT have access to the information anymore! That means, they cannot refer to how to properly prepare leading up to their treatment AND there is no easy way to get it in their inboxes. We would use this for SO MANY of our services as pre and post care guidelines are ESSENTIAL to service safety and excellent results.

Absolutely agree and we are not using SMS for this reason!
