  1. Need a very specific report that they can look at daily to check all of the apply special codes/promo codes that were used. Right now they can easily open this type of report within Booker to see a breakdown of each code, how many times it was use and the dollar amount that was discounted. When they click on each individual special it will open to a breakdown of all the clients that used that specific promo. If they wanted to dig further they could then look at the specific client and it would open up their invoice.

To assist in the capture of leads and enhance client experience, it would be great to integrate an AI receptionist through Boulevard that can answer calls, field questions from leads/clients based on a knowledge database specific to the practice, and assist leads/clients with scheduling appointments -- much like Ring Central's AI receptionist service. The AI would have access to the client database, services, products etc., and would be able to text leads/clients that message through the Boulevard system, which will allow for immediate follow-ups to questions, concerns, or scheduling needs, leading to a better integrated and more complete client experience.…

  4. Implement a role based gratuity toggle that allows gratuity to be enabled or disabled depending on the provider’s position. In a medspa setting, certain team members may accept tips while others do not, so the system should support this distinction.

  5. Boulevard has MUCH to be desired in terms of client (the business/practice using boulevard) brand awareness. Our business spend a lot of money on marketing and setting ourselves apart from the rest. I am unsure why there are not more personalization options available to the clients who are supporting boulevard. The current options available are even less than what square merchant processer offers.

    My booking overlay appears to be out of the stone age.

  7. Alert if trying to book an appointment when a resource is already booked at that time. Ex, we only have one SkinPen and it is already in use, alert our front desk if they are trying to double book that device.

  11. It would be helpful to see the menu pricing when booking appointments. As of right now, if clients have questions about how much certain services cost, the only way to check on the computer is to fully book an appointment and go to check them out. It would be convenient if you could just add all the services they were interested in, and be told the total. (Because fully booking notifies all of the staff that they are booked and cancelled and it just gets messy and is a lot of steps) Doing it on the computer is so much…

  13. In-Store E - Gift Cards. We sell a lot of gift cards and we need to be able to sell e-giftcards online . is this something coming in the future? this is vital to our business during the holiday season and had I known this was not an option I might have chosen another platform to run business.

  15. There needs to be a way to assign tasks to providers. If a provider needs their nurse or assistant to call in a medication for a pt, there should be a way to the provider to assign that task to the nurses profile.

  16. At our office we book out the owner's VIP clients a year in advance and really NEED the capability to copy appointments. It's tedious and time wasting to have to book each thing, each month and re-edit the exact same things rather than being able to just copy an already booked appointment and paste it for the next time.
