  1. Most appointment changes by the front desk are for internal purposes only... it would be nice if the "resend confirmation" box is unchecked by default so the client doesn't accidentally receive unnecessary reminders.

  2. Automatically tag a client when a product is purchased.

    We have monthly memberships and we manually add a 'member' tag, but it would be time-saving if you could setup the products to auto tag upon purchase.

  3. When opening multiple pages within BLVD, it will automatically close the previous page. It should allow you to change between pages without having to go and start over. Example You want to see order history to that specific client and you apply a filter . But then it redirects you back to all orders , then you have to retype everything It's very tedious

  5. Sometimes we use different platforms to gather leads. Instead of us having to manually enter each lead into Boulevard, it would be helpful to be able to import from a csv. When trying to run a business we do not have time to. sit here and add manually for hundreds of people.

  6. Our medical providers need a way to be able to attach a pdf file to charting. Right now it only allows jpeg format. We do a lot of lab work and prescriptions that need to be uploaded on a patients chart, not under GENERAL patient history. Thank you! Please please :)

  11. We are switching from Mindbody which has an AI feature built in which we have used tremendously. The AI answers missed calls via text scheduling, rescheduling, or answering questions. It can be built into the practice website to have an extra scheduling option. This feature schedules appointments totally of $5,000+ for us each month when we are closed or on another line with a client.

  12. In the med spa space, there is often work that needs to be completed by a nurse before the service can begin. It'd be beneficial to add an additional 'pre-treatment' time block, similar to processing time, that can be assigned to an additional provider to complete this work before the actual service provider begins the service

Upon checking out the Total balance shows up and does not reflect other forms of payment already added to the total , Can the "other" payments added first reflect ahead and show the new total to be charged to the client when they are reviewing payment confirmation charge. The total is misleading for patients when agreeing to the payment charge.

  18. We have recently had multiple instances where someone books a group appointment, then cancels via their portal/email link. The problem is this often leaves the other party/parties in the schedule with no indication to us that it wasn't intentionally left, and no indication that the person who scheduled actually cancelled their own appointment (we have cancellation notifications off because they include too many appointments that we either already know about ex. cancelling them ourselves. or don't care about ex. cancelling an appointment to rebook it under a correct name)

  19. Ability to mass/automate opt-in marketing permissions for email and text. Mainly email is most important.

    Feedback " I paid extra to migrate my client lists and that should have been something I cleared before I signed up with boulevard. It seems to me most of the software companies are designed for new businesses, leaving us established businesses , always having to adjust and figure out how to keep up
