  4. In the note area there are small tabs- Allergies and medications and a note section. Adding a lab tab would be very helpful. Right now we are adding to the note section

  5. Examples:

    Perms, want to keep it so that client history across locations show the same service, but the modifiers may be different by location and pricing also is highly different for locations.

    Currently they have to be the same for all locations

  7. Within the checking out of the client they get all the way through and then we have to ask, would you like a copy of your receipt through email. A customer suggested they be able to say yes or no to this on the ipads

  8. Appointments with a time extension or add-on are not displayed correctly in the app. You have to click on the appointment to see all the extensions and add-ons. This is a problem because it's easy to miss something that needs time to prepare or set up before an appointment. As an example, we have hot salt stones that need to be turned on at least 45 minutes before an appointment or they won't be hot enough.

  9. Be able to add forms to the client's chart at ANY time. Not just with booking. We do follow up notes regarding communication with clients after their treatments. Also, we like to send after care or product instructions and we aren't able to do that through Boulevard. We have to do it through an outside source.

  11. The gift certificate/card feature at the time of checkout is wonky. Our clients want something emailed right away. I know we can go to our site and purchase the GC's that way but it is a slow process. I would love to request a GC PDF to be able to be purchased at the time of checkout when the client is in the spa. I would also like to request that either the system auto-generates a number for the GC or makes it clear to use the client's last name for the code.

  12. This is beyond not ok. The system sends out reminders for cancelled and changed appointments. It makes us look completely incompetent and we have people showing up at wrong appointment times. Getting angry because they think an appointment they cancelled wasn't cancelled and they are going to be charged. Speaking of that. We have a 24 hour late cancel fee. Why does the system send reminders at 4:00pm the night before a 9:00am appointment? If we have a 24 hour late cancel fee shouldn’t the reminder go out 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time? This is 100% a BLVD…

  20. Provide a detailed list, log or trail of all appointments that have been booked, canceled, or rescheduled. Admins need to have an overview. Admins need to keep an eye on the schedule, and at this point only the induvudual service provider gets an update on the appointments. Give admins ability to see all new bookings, cancelations and reschedules.
