  1. I know there is probably a lot of technicalities to this, so perhaps this is a pipe dream.

    Set up; target for what % utilization is acceptable, if less than a set %, reduce hours to a threshold, if more than a set %, increase hours to a threshold. Set minimum hours and maximum hours per day (business choice and also remind to comply with labor laws).

    Also 24 hours notice prior, your shift on Friday is set to start at 10a instead of 9a due to no appointment scheduled by the deadline.

  2. For medical aesthetics, we want to see a quick snapshot of the appointments when we open the patient profile. I want to see the picture above the appointment, the treatment performed what was injected, or how many units were injected under the picture. Also, the provider can open the invoice attached to the appointment to see what was charged. It needs to be more aesthetic medical spa friendly

  3. Right now if there are no available appointments at the time selected, the Boulevard booking widget surfaces a sad face emoji and messaging advising the client to choose another time - we'd like to be able to customize that wording to better fit with our business.

It would be great if we could exchange prepaid vouchers with other services, either when checking out the patient (so that it is tied to the original payment amount, etc) OR in a separate transaction so that we can avoid VOIDING the first transaction but transfer the amount to the new package of vouchers that will be tied to the original form pf payment

  5. It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;

    • If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.

    • Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)

    • The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.

    • This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

  14. We have a lot of clients who will need to reschedule an existing appointment but instead go in and schedule a new one and then have to call us to cancel the wrong one. It would be great if the client got an alert that they're trying to schedule an appointment for a service they already have scheduled and ask if they'd rather reschedule the existing appointment instead.

  17. Before the messages was update, you were able to create more than one message at a time and click between 'calendar' and 'front desk' while having the message(s) open. Is there a way to get those features back?

  19. We have some services that are virtual. I'd love to be able to turn off notifications or customize them so they dont get a reminder with an address attached!

  20. When someone books for their child (guest of...) the credits should be easier to use under the person it was booked for.
