We would like to set the 'send confirmation to client' at the service levelSome appointments are for internal purposes only and we do not want the client being notified. This way, when the credit is redeemed, the provider receives commission based on the sale price rather than the standard price of the product. Add a option to have optional prompts you can personalize at checkout...I would love to be able to track our efforts in marketing and so much more as a salon owner. I would love my first prompt to ask guest if they are new or returning guest to our salon. Then the next prompt would ask and give multiple choice answer to how they found their stylist. The only other way is to manually track and have each stylist ask each guest and that will not be an accurate count based off which stylists participate or possibly simply forget in our long appointments to ask:) I have got to find a… 2 votes

Gift card Deeplink OptionCurrently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing! The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website. 4 votes

payment types that can be excluded from revenue calculationallow for the creation of "other" payment types that are excluded from revenue calculations. For example, if we give our staff treatment benefits and want to treat it like a normal appointment for checking out and record keeping purposes, we should be able to pay using an "other" payment type, but have that automatically excluded from revenue calculations since there is not really revenue associated with it. Same for influencer accounts who's fees are waived and a number of other scenarios. 3 votes

taxes on gift cardsWe need to be able to charge taxes on gift cards at the time of purchase. Otherwise our system charges taxes at the time of redemption which puts the taxes on us or we have to charge the client taxes which takes away from the purpose of the gift card and is not a smooth client experience. 2 votes
