  1. Would love to have tiers available to reward our most loyal clients even more - i.e. once you've earned 1,000 points within the year, you earn an extra 0.5 points per dollar spent.

  2. It would be nice if we can offer our members an additional perk from the loyalty program, since they are also loyal to us as members. The ability to differentiate points earned and/or redeemed for members vs. non-members would be great (i.e. members earn 2 points for ever $1 spent, non-members earn 1 point).

    ALSO, would love to reward our members for just being members! For example, after their first 3 membership payments, they automatically get their next month free.

When a client is booked directly from the waitlist, it would be helpful if Boulevard would add a pop-up or prompt to confirm the client can be removed from the waitlist and once selecting "yes" client is removed from the waitlist immediately. Rather than providers having to book and then manually remove them.

  5. Downloading to a *.csv file results in unexplainable date formats that are not readable for graphing our analysis like Code Interpreter such as spitting out a date in this format: 2022-11-30T00:00:00

    Why would BLVD just export it as a normal date? This is the case for numbers too. Almost every other report I download to analyze requires converting downloaded numbers into numbers because BLVD default is downloading them as "text". These are extra steps and burdensome to small business owners who should expect numbers to be downloaded as numbers and dates downloaded as usable date formats.

  6. Add the ability to report on cost of services within the commission reporting. Including when unit based pricing is involved so commission can be accurately reported based on net revenue, not gross, as this can vary wildly depending on the service provided and number of units used.

  9. This software locks in payment for one person in a group booking once a deposit is taken. We literally got a bad review because the group was so annoyed with not being able to split their ticket at checkout. They were offended we suggested Venmo but what else are we supposed to do if BLVD doesn't offer this flexibility? Splitting tickets is a standard expectation, if restaurants can do it, BLVD can!

  10. It would be fantastic if blvd can categorize specific tags so that convertkit can then import these tags into their corresponding automations via the integration. For example if a client wants joins our membership and is tagged with a member tag then for that info to be shared via the convertkit integration and be able to identify that specific tag so that they can get put into the proper funnel.

  13. The ability to add a negative account credit balance to a client's profile. Sometimes card payments don't go through and/or they do not have an alternative payment method so it's necessary to track what a client owes.

  14. I had one client booked for with two different stylists in the same day. When I went to check them out, I had to ring them up separately (i.e. ring up services with one stylist first, then with the other as a separate transaction). I would love to be able to do this all in one transaction.

  15. Currently, there is only the option to have "First Available" or "Specific Date" as selected. A lot of times our clients have to come in after a certain time but book out just in case to a later date (hence, the waitlist). Having the option to select a "Date Range" where we put in a "start" or "from this date" to a "to this date" (be able to select on a calendar as if making an appointment) drop down or whatnot would be super helpful for efficiency. The checkout process is SOOO detailed and gives the opportunity to show credits used, the name of a discount/promo, multiple payment types etc. Yet the receipt that is available after the transaction, clumps all the discounts into one sum, therefore making all that work USELESS for anyone that wants to reference it! Please carry the coding that is in checkout process to the receipt--this is the good CUSTOMER SERVICE our patients deserve!

It's already a little annoying to have to edit the appointment to add the add ons but now you have to edit the appointment and the click on the 3 dots and click select add on to even show the add on options. It would be way easier if you could add them at check out simply by typing them in like retail.

  19. last system you didn't have to change out of your main screen to simply do a singular sale. a separate tab would work . At the moment you have to go to sale and theres this little tab far right ,anyone new to the system its quite confusing
