  3. When an employee receives a notification of a new appointment booking, it should read what appointment it is so the employee knows the service and can prepare for it

  4. We thought that there was going to online reputation support when we switched over. One of the big things for us with Phorest was have the ability to with one click I could post in salon reviews to google. The new review service is nice on the receipt but we have not gotten any feed back yet. Maybe having it in another email titled different asking for reviews would be more affective. Our old ask for reviews was also in text message as well and we got tons of feed back.

  7. Just as a privacy issue, it would be good to filter the commission reports by the staff member first before showing all reports. This would prevent onlookers from seeing other stylist's numbers.

  9. Make sure we are not auto-enrolling clients into the rewards system. Make it so they have to enter to accrue points. Also, put a cap on how many rewards they can accrue to make them use the rewards. This will prevent clients from stockpiling points and get a ton of free services.

  10. Within the staff app being able to only show first name, last initial. This will help prevent a stylist from trying to reach out to all of their clients and take them from the salon they are currently at.

  14. when clicking on notification - it should take you directly to that booking or the clients detail window to review, rather then opening to the current week.

  15. As it is currently, the copy doesn't make sense in some areas for our business. ie "which professional?" title to drop down menu and "add service" button. We are using the system to book daily chair rentals. So the "which professional?" drop down menu on our system lists chair 1, chair 2, etc not names of beauty professionals.

  16. Mother and daughter both have appointments. Mom has credit card on file that she wants to use to pay for both herself and her daughter's tickets. This should be as simple as one-two clicks and done. If this existed then daughters history could be retained instead of moving everything to her mothers ticket with a million steps to do it. Win all around!

  17. We need the option to change whether the guest has arrived or not. Once you click it you can not undo it and its really annoying!

  18. We get alot of clients that change their mind when they get home, so they come back in and want to exchange the product or get a refund without ever using the product. So we would put the product back into inventory to sell since it is unopened.
