  3. When changing things in Boulevard, after making a change the page resets and you have to scroll back to your last spor. Example: Assigning services, you assign the service then the page resets and you have to scroll down again. OR we were adjusting Staff Roles and had to page over after every adjustment and it's very time consuming.

  6. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  7. Would love to be able to use the barcode scanner to "scan in" and "scan out" inventory. So as you scan an item it adds to the number received.

  10. It would be nice to send appointment confirmations out for appointments that are scheduled after the normal confirmations go out. So, a Wednesday appointment that is scheduled after 3:00 on Monday would still get a "confirm your appointment" email. Yes, they should still come because they just scheduled it, but sometimes they miss that and it doesn't get confirmed.

Just like you can add custom additions to confirmations and receipts it would be a nice to have a text box to add to waitlist emails so that we can add a note that says if they are not contacted, that nothing was available and they should book again for a different day or try the waitlist again on a different day.

    A few people called annoyed they were never contacted. (Though it already says they'll get a call when an appointment is available, it just doesn't say what will happen if it isn't)

  18. When canceling or moving a reoccurring/standing appointment, to have the option to cancel all of them or even move all of them or just this one.

    Right now, if a client has a standing appointment every Friday at 2:00 and you want to change it to a different day or time, you have to physically go into every single appointment and move them individually.
