  1. Some suppliers require you to order items by the case pack (in specific multiples). So when adding "low stock" or "all stock" it would be great if the PO knew to update the Order quantity by the required multiple

  5. Sometimes we want to create an offer that will allow us to deduct an amount from the total of services and it isn't a set combination of services. We would like to be able to apply the amount to 1 service instead of having that amount come off of all the services the guest is purchasing.

  12. We should be able to add accommodations without needing an appointment to edit. If a stylist wants to add extra time to clients appointments, they don't always remember before the ticket is closed. If the client doesn't pre book, they have to keep an eye on their books to see when/if that client books again to add the accommodation.

  15. ...along with next column showing that date's total duration to help with overtime summations. It is extremely time consuming to have to eye ball reports to identify when overtime math should be used on a day by day and week by week basis. Another nice option would also be a week by week total. I am quite sure that in most states that overtime calcs are only evaluated on daily and weekly basis and providing those two totals would be fantastically useful to all managers and payroll processors.   18. It would be awesome to have the ability to customize what data shows on reports as well as normal information pages. For example, being able to add a "date purchased" or "last date used" column to the gift card screen.

    Our old software allowed customization on virtually every display of information, and it made life much easier for things like looking up lost gift cards.

  19. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.
