Add a better call to action to the reviews
I do not think the reviews are being used because 'tell us how we did' is not a strong call to action. As a customer I would not even know your requesting a review. It needs to stand out as a request. People pay extra for this feature alone so making this the best it can be is important.

Stay on the same date and time when editing a pre-book service.
If you need to edit a service while pre-booking with a client, pulling up the new appt tab automatically refreshes your page to the current date rather than staying on the date/time that you're trying to book on. This means you have to start over locating the correct date and time every time you need to adjust a service. This can be confusing during busy times when you are balancing phone calls and checking clients in and out. It would be really helpful if blvd would stay on the same date the whole pre-book process to avoid doing steps multiple…

Better inventory management
Inventory management in BLVD is clunky and difficult to edit. It would be great if I can view backbar inventory only or retail inventory only.

Messages: Mark as unread / save draft
Please create a "mark message as unread" option! This will help tremendously with how often we get interrupted mid-correspondence to assist with in-person clients. Also it doesn't seem to save a draft of your message when you leave the screen and come back.

The ability to batch delete or automatically clear after a certain amount of time.

Display "show more barbers", customers don't know they have to scroll to view more.
The default view for booking shows the first 5 barbers, but there is no scroll bar or indication that the consumer can scroll to view more barbers who may be availalbe for the day. This results in fewer bookings for barbers who are not in the "top 5"

Show service provider name who received commission on past products sold.
Show service provider name who received commission on past products sold. Would be helpful for reception staff to be able to see which service provider sold a specific product to a client in the past that way when they repurchase they a credited commission properly.

Summary of purchase order
When creating a PO, it'd be helpful to see a summary of the order after clicking "next" in order to see the whole order and a total amount.

Need Report for Clients that are booked
Need to be able to filter client list for clients who ARE booked vs. NOT booked so we can market to different pools of clients.

Apply an offer from the scheduling screen
Be able to apply an offer when booking - not have to go to the checkout screen. Would be helpful when using the "Booked forecast" report so that the sales income is accurately reflected and the checkout process is faster because its already applied!
