Refund Explanation in Refund Beta Reports
When performing a refund you are required to choose a refund explanation, however this is only visible on the refund order. This should be a optional column added to the Payments and Refunds Beta report so that you could filter, sort or count how many refunds you have for "customer service" vs "defective product"

Enable Outlook Calendar Syncing
The ability to sync iCloud and Google calendars is excellent - however, for those of us with work calendars on Outlook, we're unable to sync directly to Blvd. Adding that additional feature would enhance this already great feature.

If schedules are unpublished and publlished, employee cannot clock in
Assistant who provides bookable service two days out of the week and the other three days is an hourly employee - schedule is setup as unavailable for the two days and available for the other three days. because the way that the employee's shifts are scheduled, he/she/they are unable to clock in.

Correctly named tabs for web browser to make things more streamlined at front desk.
My team has many tabs open for each section of the dashboard. It would be extremely helpful to have those tabs named according to the page they are on. i.e. Manage, Messages, Reports. See screenshot for reference

Offline usage of boulevard including scheduling, payments.
Would be fantastic to be able to hold pending transactions until data services are restored. Of course much functionality would be lost when offline, but being able to do payments and scheduling as basic needs while disconnected means the difference between a smooth operation and one where staff are all panicked about the cloud being gone.

Forms: Button for "Send to iPad"
Would like an option to trigger a form to populate on the ipad for a client to complete. We had a client checkin and add a service which requires a form, but there's not a clean way to have them complete the form on the ipad. We have to put them back to Confirmed and checkin all over again

Ability to add a form to an appointment
If you open an upcoming appointment and add a form the form opens in that moment. Would like to be able to add a form at random to then just be attached to the appointment in the pending state

Better communication with Boulevard billing
Boulevard should be very clear to customers what is being billed when. We did not feel the true effects of the pandemic to our business months after we were shutdown and hence I reached out for support. I work with another company that offered me that assistance without me asking. They were very clear, "We will not be charging you for the months of April and May, since you did not have any appointments".
From the beginning, I feel that there has been a lack of transparency.

Add tag to client based on form option selection.
Make a way so that when a client selects an option such as newsletter opt-in, they are automatically tagged as such. That way you can easily filter clients with a tag who have opted into your newsletter.

Client Profile/Appointment + Treatment Plan Section
It would be super helpful to have a section besides the notes where the service provider can write out the treatment plan for the client for that visit. This way you can refer to it at any time in the future, the person checking out the client can easily see it and it can also be referred to if the client calls in and inquires about it.

Hide old disputes
Disputes pile up and it can be really overwhelming to find what's relevant vs. what's old and no longer important. Would like a way to hide old disputes from the main view, but still find to reference

Adding a client's name to a sale after it's finalized
We would like the option to be able to add an existing client's name to a completed sale after it's done. Sometimes our stylists ring out their guests as a walk-in and don't add the name. It makes it difficult if the client wants to see what they bought in the future, or return something later. Having the option to add the name after would be fantastic!

Fraud Detection for online gift card purchases
In the past with other processors fraudulent charges would be flagged, for example on Shopify it alerts us that it looks suspicious and to confirm details prior to processing. We've deactivated online gift card purchases to avoid any issues

As of today, all clients can view their upcoming and past appointment information by selecting "All Appointments" at the top of their Appointment Details page (accessible via booking and reminder emails). It's not in an app yet, so we'll leave this as waitlisted, but clients can access the information from their browser. Learn more here.

drop down staff service/product sales
It would be nice to have a staff performance report that allowed a drop down on their name so we can see the client information within those numbers. their name what services and what products they bought.
