  1. When working with a client it would be great to just add a product recommendation to their appointment ticket so it's already there at checkout and doesn't need to be added. Or at least be able to add the product recommendation to their profile so the front desk knows specifically what was recommended

    Depending on state, city, and salon; there are many concerns regarding making sure that salons are best equipped to continue on during this crisis. Having this prompt that the clients would have to check off or affirm will provide Boulevard salons one further thing to share with their staff and clients that the salon (and software suite) are doing in the name of better public health…

  5. Within privilege groups/settings, give the ability to hide just the client's last name from a certain privilege group (stylists). Today, the options are to hide all client info or full name. Reason is to protect client details from stylists (concern is around stylists finding clients on IG/FB with first and last name).

  7. In practice, I understand that the current tracking allowed is injection of google analytics/facebook pixel per the booking widget in one instance for all locations. Would be useful to differentiate this per location. Additionally, it would be great to have specific fragment URL links to link directly to booking widget of specific location to save clients one further click.

Have heard from a few prospective clients that they would like their staff to be able to see the client notes section of the client card (useful if they're keeping formula notes/other important info there) but not client contact information. They wanted more options in terms of what data they could restrict specifically in the client info section

  13. With AB5, trying to navigate giving cash directly to providers when a gift card is purchased. A client could purchase the gift card under the stylists name ie; my wife always sees Jenna for her hair so buy a gift card for Jenna

  16. For online group bookings: The ability for forms to be added/sent in email confirmations, to all clients in the group booking. Currently its only sending to the main client.

  17. Could be useful for store openings, temporary closures. If for example, a business was told it may reopen on July 15th, 2020, then this date would be set as when appts can be booked rather than manually going in often and readjusting the lead time for booking appts to match current date countdown to that date.

  18. And during checkout that the client's email address appears invalid.

    Would help salons better foster better communication, so many times clients put in emails incorrectly, or we heard them wrong, or they moved on to a new email address. Unless the salon knows that an email address is invalid for some reason, we'll continue marketing, sending receipts, sending booking confirmations for no purpose and give both the client and staff a false sense that communication is happening.

  19. Used to be able to open closed orders and change if a service provider was requested or not. Would like that function back

    Example: Provider added services to an appointment and he was marked as requested for those services when he shouldn't have been. Wasn't corrected at checkout and now there's no way to go back and edit the requests which is throws reporting

  20. The new order details page does not have the staff's name and time stamp for original payment applied.

    If the appointment occurred on Jan 23rd, refund was given on Feb 4th - the time stamp for the refund is reflected. Then, if second payment is applied on 3/11, the entire order's time stamp reflects the time/date the second payment was applied. We need to see when the first payment was applied and by whom for the transaction.
