  1. It would be beneficial to be able to see how many vouchers or product units a client has available to be redeemed when making a new appointment instead of having to fully open their profile to view.

  2. When a client pre-pays for units at a discount, they are added to the profile with the full list price indicated as the value. It would be good to easily be able to refer to how much they actually paid instead of having to go through their orders to find the original purchase.

  5. There is no way to refund a service paid with a voucher. It's not uncommon for the front desk to make an error in ringing up a patient and if it's caught the next day there needs to be a way to undo it. We have varying redeemed voucher values and services. I cannot keep manually adjusting payroll outside of BLVD because this causes discrepancies between payroll and BLVD. It also can skew providers sales. BLVD needs to be able to account for every scenario that could occur with a transaction.

  6. It is so important for SEO to have lots of online reviews, especially on Google. If someone leaves a positive rating, they should be taken to Google, Yelp, or Facebook to finalize their review for being published online. If they leave a negative review, they should be given a screen that says something like, "We are sorry you had a less than positive experience. We will do what we can to make this right." Then, we should be notified if there is a negative review. This way, we can remedy negative outcomes without them being published online, and the positive…

When a client is marked as late cancel or no show (specifically no show) the email they receive should read something along the lines of “we missed you today!” Etc versus the standard “your appointment has been cancelled.” The email should also include something about “fees will apply due to the last minute cancel/no show… see cancellation policy here” etc

  15. Make Add-Ons have a mandatory option like the Service Modifiers do. Where you have to choose at least one option. We would like to have "finishing services" for our color, like a blow out or haircut, and we do currently but it would be more proactive to have the client be forced to choose one instead of being able to skip it because it wouldn't give us enough time to finish the service.

I would like to be able to send a discount link in a email or text marketing campaign that would allow the customer to click the link and then it takes them to the booking page and also auto apply's a coupon that i choose for that specific link. That way they don't have to remember a offer code, or re enter it at check out.

    Hey there! While we haven't added this feature for all offers yet, we have recently added this ability for new clients to your business with our new client referral program!

    Existing clients can share their custom referral booking links with friends. When those friends go to book, a special first-visit discount is automatically applied at booking and it carries through to checkout. Learn more about the referral program here.

  17. we should be able to grant access to reports by employee, not location. making it so I can grant access for each employee to view their own numbers w out seeing everyone else's.

  18. Please eliminate the cash draw from being opened when reprinting an old receipt.
