  1. I want to be able to add a 30% upcharge for weekend appointments or if a stylist comes in super early or stays late as a surcharge/convenience fee. Currently, you can only discount a percentage. I had to create a whole new category with redundant services, and it's messing with my reports.

  5. Feature Idea:
    A report for booking data. Would like to know how many clients are scheduling appointments each week/how many appts. are being booked (not how many appointments are on the books).

    Context:
    Our marketing team is trying to figure out which advertisements are working to get clients scheduled, or if there is any correlation at all to our ads or time of year. Having this report would help us line up how many clients we got scheduled based on the ad we are running each week.

  6. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

  7. When you currently buy a package it is a product with one "seller/service provider" who then gets the lump sum of the commission for themselves when the client is able to see different service providers when booking. This is common here, we have clients who purchase massage packages but like to see 2-3 different therapists but the commission is already paid through the product package sold.

    Clients should be able to buy the package with no attached provider and then there needs to be a report that can be run every payroll with the packages redeemed and with which service…

  8. Since moving to BLVD about 6 months ago, our cancellation rate has increased by a multiple of 4. The "easy out" 1 click cancel button included in appointment reminders allows the client to cancel without a conversation that would typically lead to a reschedule or would at least let us offer to reschedule. The way it is now makes cancellation "too convenient" without talking to anyone. If we could toggle this function/button on or off it would let us compare cancellation rates with and without it.

  10. Because our artists are independent contractors some would like to have varying protocols (ex a 48 hour cancellation policy vs our usual 24 hour cancellation policy) for certain services. It would be beneficial to have forms able to assign to certain artists appointments rather than to service specific so we don't have to make all new services just for one form.

  11. Customer (Mane Techniques Hair Company LLC) wants to be able to track the vouchers that are about to expire to alert customers that they need to use the voucher before it expires. Going through each client profile for this info is not time effective. They also want to be able to track the amount of money the business can lose if the vouchers are not being used by clients.

  13. Have permission controls but the ability to set what performance your staff can track.

    For instance filters such as:

    Total service sales
    New guests
    Total guests
    Total retail sales
    Total retail units
    % guests purchasing retail
    Add on units
    Add on $ sales
    Rebooking %
    Utilization %

    This would allow us to set goals and to have to ability to have staff concentrate on certain things. New staff need to worry about rebook % and % guest purchasing retail, while existing staff might need to concentrate more on utilization rates and add ons. Having just service $ and retail $…

  14. For instance a stylist sees 100 clients and 32 purchased retail it would be 32%. I know on reports it shows #guests with product, but a % would be nicer for KPI tracking so we don’t have to do the math. The % guests purchasing retail, units sold, and retail $$$ would be nice for staff performance also.

  20. As a business owner, I would like the ability to report on the number of new memberships sold by each of my staff members.

    For example today one of my favorite reports is a weekly report in which I can see my staff and the following items:

    • How many new memberships they sold
    • How many appts they had
    • How many members they saw
    • How many non members they say
