  4. Right now if a client has multiple accounts and they don't make passwords for one account but did for the other email, we have no idea which one should be the primary to merge. Also we have no way of knowing what emails are tied to accounts

  5. Clients who are the guest of another client have a note to indicate that fact. The person who booked the appointment (the guest of ...) doesn't indicate they have a guest. This can get confusing when moving appointments or adjusting a therapist's schedule.

You would think these two responses would be obvious to include all of these "y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm"-some of which I don't think would ever even be used.... "yea" and "yeah" are actual words.

  12. If clients have multiple services and decides to cancel one(same day cancellation), there should be an option that allows us to cancel only that service so that it would be shown in their history.

  13. It would be nice to allow a client to book two of the same service under one appointment without having to make it a group booking. For example, if we have a parent that wants to bring their 2 kids in to the salon at the same time for a cut they can't book both their children in the same appointment because the system only allows you to book one service per appointment. Would be nice to have the feature where you could book 2 of the same service!

  16. I really dont understand why Gren Circle Fees go under retail. It throws the numbers off big time. Yesterday it showed that i sold 53 product but really 36 of the 53 were for 🟢fees. A big issue is when I go to pay my State Retail Tax and when I look up the total retail for the month it include green circle. This should be a seperate fee. Not service & Not Retail!

  18. Sometimes when messaging clients, we want to send them to another page on Boulevard. If we could create a hyperlink, the clients could get to that page in only one click.

  19. When looking at client history and seeing a cancelation, stylist are always quick to think they cancel all the time. Different colors for the different cancellations would be a quick visual to know why they cancelled.
