  10. When a client late cancels or no shows their appointment, our policy is to charge a late fee/no show fee. When they do not have a card on file, we would love if there was a way to have a hold on their account in the amount of the balance they owe. This way they can take care of it themselves when rebooking online or it will pop up when they call.

  11. We have a lot of clients who book repeating appointments. I had a client who wanted to cancel her Thursday appointments and change to a different appointment date. I found out that I have to go in and cancel each appointment individually. Wish there was a button to select (delete all future repeating appointments in this set).

  15. When our clients purchase a package of 10 sessions and only use 6 - it would be nice to easily run a report on that specific session type to what clients have what left.

  16. When you try to drag another client onto the check-out box of a client to do a group sale,the pop-up box covers the list of clients in ACTIVE. Please move where the pop up box is located so we can drag the 2nd client over.
